Elite City Resort ★★★★
"EXCELLENT LOCATION WITH WONDERFUL SURROUNDINGS. THE BREAKFAST AREA IS PLEASANT. THE STAFF IS VERY KIND AND SMILING. I ASKED FOR A KETTLE AND CUPS TWICE AND THEY ARRIVED FAST. ACCIDENTS HAPPENED Supposedly WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM 2 HAIRS NEAR THE PILLOW AND A PIECE OF GLASS BROKEN ON THE CHAIR INSIDE THE ROOM."
Elysian Luxury Hotel and Spa ★★★★★
"πολύ ωραίο το spa, ωραιος χώρος και τοποθεσία. Μεγάλο δωμάτιο."
Karalis City Hotel ★★★
"We stayed two nights at the Karalis City Hotel and had a nice experience. It’s a good value for the cost. The breakfast spread was good with lots of options. We filled up and didn’t need lunch. Some fresh fruit would have been nice, they served canned peaches. The beds were a little firm for our taste, but the room itself was spacious and comfortable. Nice view of the harbor from our balcony. Roomy bathroom that was spotless. Appreciated the daily room clean. This was a perfect base for the area, great location near the square and lots of restaurants. There are a handful of parking spaces directly across from the hotel and a large public parking lot at the harbor down below."
Akroyali Hotel & Villas ★★★
". My wife and I stayed at the Akroyali in Agias Andréas for one week. We had booked a sea view room and we were allocated one on the second floor. There is a small lift so no issues getting luggage up to the room. The hotel is situated right on the harbour side and our room had sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious, simply furnished but had a hairdryer, safe, aircon, TV and fridge. It’s fair to say the rooms are a little dated but that’s not a criticism just an observation. The aircon worked well, there were plenty of sockets and the beds were comfortable. There is a kettle and cups in the room but we swapped these for two mugs from the breakfast area, with permission of course. Towels were changed every day and bedding I think, ever other day. Now as those used to Greece will not be surprised to hear, the bathroom is almost a wet room. There is a raised edge around the shower but it and the curtain don’t meet sufficiently to stop water getting onto the floor. There is a drain and it does tend to dry within a few hours. However if a wet floor bothers you bring a sponge type cloth and just mop it or use the bath mat. Standing facing the curtain while using the shower does help reduce the impact as well. The balcony is small with a table and two chairs, there is however nowhere to dry anything. Luckily we have a travel clothesline with a hook on either end and pegs so we were ok. The view however is lovely even if in the heat you cannot quite make out the other side of the bay. WiFi was a little hit and miss on the second floor, better on the balcony and downstairs. There is secure parking just a cross the road. Breakfast is a buffet but what a buffet, there is plenty of variety and everything is replenished as it runs out. If you want hot water for tea or yogurt and honey just ask. Some people had scrambled eggs and omelettes but I don’t know if there was a charge for those or not. The staff, what can I say, they are all very friendly and helpful, many don’t speak very good English but this is Greece and their English is generally much better than our Greek. Special mention has to be made of the lovely Ana Maria, who does speak very good English and was very helpful at all times. Agios Andreas itself is a small village/town on the road from Kalamata to Koroni. It’s popular with Greeks at weekends and holidays. Busy season is July and August but it livened up a little at the weekend when we were there. There are two beaches, the one south of the hotel (turn right as you face the harbour) is the best. There are around 20 pairs of sun beds with umbrellas but plenty of space to plant your towel if you wish. The taverna/apartments that run the sun beds requires you to spend at least 7 euros and then the beds are free. Toilets are available in their building at the back of the beach. I imagine it’s a lot closer to how Greek locations were before the package tourist industry took over. There are"
Zoe Seaside Resort ★★★★
"Hotel modern with need for some simple amendments. We had an attic room with a sky light window. Room was well equipped but the shower room was the main problem. The glass wall in shower didn’t go straight down to the tiles and water poured out around the WC making it very slippery and I was concerned for my children. A bit dangerous to be honest. The location is perfect and the breakfast was good. Just need to sort that shower glass out before someone gets seriously hurt. Would I come back……? Absolutely if the glass was sorted!"
Grand Hotel Kalamata ★★★★★
Buka Sandy Beach ★★★★
"We stayed just for 3 nights (June 2026) Perfect sandy beach !"
Pharae Palace ★★★★
"Location is perfectly located walking distance to all shops and restaurants along ocean side. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The restaurant up stairs is absolutely stunning with the views of ocean. Highly recommend this hotel."
Rex Hotel ★★★★
"Lovely hotel, placed in Kalamata’s center. Old but nice and clean. All staff members are very kind and very helpful with all the questions and information that we needed. Especially both Nicks. Everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, grocery stores."

W Costa Navarino
"Excellent location with ocean views from every room. The hotel's exclusive ocean views offer stunning sunrises and sunsets. Amenities are comprehensive, service is warm and welcoming, and the breakfast is plentiful, featuring delicious and healthy Mediterranean cuisine."
Artina Nuovo
"Wonderful property, comfortable room, superb pool and breakfast, breathtaking view, but even better is the kindness and helpfulness of the owner and all the staff: they showed great understanding when our daughter had a health issue. We will definitely return if possible."
Irida Beach Resort Suites
"Super nice family run hotel on the beach, very clean with a lot of attention to detail to make you feel welcome :-) The mattresses and pillows are very comfy and it’s very quiet at night! We slept very well, also right next to amazing beaches. Thank you for the hospitality!"
Lagouvardos Village Hotel
"First time in this part of Greece, and I cannot say enough good things about the Lagouvardos Village! Clean, modern units combined with a delightful staff. Located North of Marathopoli and just 20 minutes from Kyparissia, you can also walk to a great beach in about 3 minutes. We will be back!"
Garden City Resort
"We've been traveling around Greece for 20 days, and so far, nothing like this has happened to us. The room does NOT match the photos. The family room they assigned us was so small that our suitcase didn't fit (and we only had one suitcase out of four of us!): the plan they proposed was to help us unpack all our clothes and put them in drawers! When we asked if we could change hotels due to limited space, they told us they wouldn't refund our money since the plan offered was good. We wanted to speak to the manager, who didn't show up or want to talk to us. There was only one electrical outlet in the children's room. They didn't provide official complaint forms. The pool was tiny and packed with children and adults playing ball. Not at all a 5-star hotel! Expensive for what it is!"
The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, Costa Navarino
"We stayed at the property in September and it was quite busy. We expected more of the friendliness of the staff, which was below our expectations (not regularly greeted when staff members passing by, no assistance offered with luggage at departure, ...) The resort looks in good condition and has a nice beach. Some of the sunbeds could be cleaner and besides the Eleon pool olives should be removed from the sunbeds. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good too, but there should be a host at the entrance to bring guests to their table, there were two hosts but not at the entrance and so they did not get all guests on arrival. Altogether a nice property but as the friendliness of staff needs to improve I can recommend to choose the Westin, where all staff was very friendly all the time, during our last few stays."
Grecotel Filoxenia
"Recently renovated hotel, in a great location on the sea, with 3 beautiful swimming pools and gardens, nice (all new) rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, extremely nice and attentive staff, perfect place to relax."
Messinian Icon Hotel & Suites
"Best inclusive breakfast I have ever seen, it was reason enough to go back. Very clean and spacious rooms. Views are phenomenal. Definitely need a car due to hills, but really close to Kalamata town. We loved the pool area and all the staff was very friendly. King size beds were amazing and we had good blackout shades for those long summer nights."
Kyparissia Beach Hotel
"First of all a big thankyou to all the lovely staff for the excellent stay at your great hotel. You made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food and drink was excellent. Amenities were close by, the square, the castle, the old town and a lovely quiet beach. The free wifi was excellent, the room was great and cleaned daily and couldn't fault this hotel. Hopefully will be back soon."
Artina
"A very nice family hotel. They rent also studios which we visited for future use. They are new and very nice. This time we stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Room with balcony and in front of the sea. Very, very friendly hotel. Very good breakfast. We received good advice as to what to visit and where to eat. Good size swimming pool. Easy parking. Very reasonable price. We would return without hesitation"
Mantis Seaside Houses
"The hotel is very clean and very clean."
Camvillia Resort Messinia
"I recently stayed at Camvillia Resort & Spa. Attached are some pictures of our spacious room, lovely sea view, me swimming in the gorgeous pool. Also, a copy of one of our room bills that shows details of the 15-euro daily tax paid to reception. Perhaps, Υπεύθυνος, which is Greek for a “Responsible” Management Representative should check his facts, before advising that my husband and myself haven’t stayed in resort."
Hotel Estia
"The only place I will ever consider staying at when visiting Finikouda! The rooms are clean, modern & spacious. Staff are friendly & always helpful. The owners, Stephanie & Glen go above and beyond in every way possible to make your stay enjoyable. The nicest hotel owners you'll come across. Gorgeous views of Finikouda from the rooftop balcony/bar. Stay at Hotel Estia, you will not regret it! We'll be back again :)"
The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino
"Poorly cleaned room and very poor service. This hotel offers many family packages, but the service is poor. The resort is large and has a large pool and a large beach."
Horizon Blu Boutique Hotel
"Nice hotel, perfect pool, very clean, plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is on a busy road, so the area around the pool bar often smells of exhaust fumes, which is probably made worse by the traffic lights right there. The traffic starts at around 6:00, and it is often very loud due to the unreasonableness of some moped and car drivers. The beach can be reached across the road. It is clean but only around 20m wide with pebbles. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are free. Towels for the pool and beach are also free. Room is very nice and big, with a view of the sea. Room service is perfect! The breakfast service could be improved a lot: fried eggs cold, bacon cold, often there is no coffee or hot water for tea. There are often no cups or saucers. The breakfast staff are really friendly, but the smile doesn't always help. Overall we liked it, but I think 5 stars is a bit over the top. 4 stars are enough, breakfast 3 stars Drink prices a bit too high: Aperol Spritz 10€, beer 0.4l 5€ etc."
Natura Club Hotel & Spa - Adults Only
"Had a warm welcome after arriving on a late flight - restaurant was still serving at close to 11.00pm. Staff were all polite and helpful and everywhere was clean and well maintained. Yes, the road up from the highway is potholed - so first gear and take it easy. Yes, breakfast is repetitive but there is enough choice that you can mix it up a bit each day. Bar service at pool is good and always sunbeds available when we went. Local beach is an easy walk away, not so easy coming back up the steep hill, but a quick shower and dip in the pool fixes that. On site restaurant is good although best to head out to local tavernas which are reasonably priced. Its a low key area generally and makes for a relaxed holiday."
