"Because I want to experience the Manor Hotel, I chose this one. Thanks to the reception of the hotel. After arriving, Ryan introduced all the facilities one by one. The hotel's precautions are quiet and beautiful; the room facilities are also very complete, and the air-conditioning is very good! There is a large supermarket nearby 5-8 minutes drive ^ I didn't dare to take more ^, I didn't have any problem with making some snacks in the room; the breakfast is also very rich! There are also stray kittens, swings, chairs in the manor, that is, the maintenance is unstable, and you can clean a lot; it is about 2 minutes drive from the net red jelly sea; Two more comfortable nights in Mallorca!"

"The hotel is located right on the beach in Colonia Sant Jordi, in a quiet corner. The location is truly fantastic! We booked a suite, which was in the annex. Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean. We found hair from other guests everywhere, and the carpet was disgustingly dirty. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly, the shower head was broken, and you had to hold the toilet paper holder to keep it from falling off. The bed linens weren't changed once during our stay. With such high temperatures and a room rate of €600 per night, it would have been nice to sleep in fresh bedding. The sun loungers by the pool were the icing on the cake—they looked dirty and uninviting. The cushions were filthy, torn, and sticky. This hotel seems to have a serious cleanliness problem. It's definitely more style than substance. Will we come back? No, thank you!"

I’ve stayed at hotels around the world and this is one of my favorites. The hotel is beautiful but the staff is what makes it special. They truly do a phenomenal job. You will have everything you need and you are in a great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca."

"Transportation: You can take bus 517 to the stop and walk a few hundred meters. However, it's recommended to drive yourself, as taxi apps don't work here; the hotel will call a taxi for you, and they'll add their own fare. Facilities: The hotel is a fairly modern seaside hotel. It doesn't have its own private beach, but you can walk directly to the sea opposite. However, the sea isn't particularly beautiful, and it doesn't have any special beach features. It's a mediocre hotel, neither good nor bad, a five-star hotel without any special characteristics. Service: The service is okay. The hotel only has two floors, and the rooms aren't very large. Anyway, I wouldn't specifically go there to stay. There seems to be a small town nearby, and there are tennis courts."

"First the good points: the food and the incredibly nice and attentive staff; the garden and pool were clean and well-maintained. The bad points: the beach is 5.1 km away, the brochure stated 3 km; the finca is in the middle of nowhere, you can't get around without a car (I don't want to drive on vacation); there's a spa hotel where you have to pay for 90 minutes of spa use (no treatment, just access); taxi: 1-hour wait; 9 km ride (8 minutes) €30 each way to catch a bus to Palma; bicycle rental in the middle: first you have to order one online in a neighboring town (without knowing if it will fit); transport to the finca costs €20 + €16 midday. None of this was ever mentioned in the finca description...so precisely. I'm never going back...😩"

"Very disappointing! Before booking, communication with Xisco (the owner) was very quick and friendly. However, when we had to travel to Barcelona due to a sudden death in the family and couldn't use our reservation, there was absolutely no understanding or willingness to compromise. Messages and calls were initially ignored. Instead, the amount was simply debited from our card without any prior communication or explanation. Only after repeated inquiries did we receive the terse message: "Buenas tardes, dirección ha decidido aplicar los términos de la reserva. Lo sentimos." It's not about the money, but about the manner in which things were handled: In such an exceptional family situation, the least they could have done was offer the option of rebooking for another weekend. Instead, we experienced no human decency whatsoever. We find it very regrettable that guests are treated this way while rooms remain empty and are advertised. To us, this is a disrespectful and cold attitude. We cannot recommend this hotel. Español: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Muy decepcionante. Antes de la reserve, la communication with Xisco (el dueño) for rapid and amable. If you have a family relationship and need to travel to Barcelona, you will not receive any compensation or flexibility. No contest will be sent without mentioning the principle, and direct payment of the money on the card without notice. Solo después de insistir varias veces recibimos una escueta respuesta: "Buenas tardes, dirección ha decidedido aplicar los términos de la reserva. Lo sentimos." No se trata del dinero, sino de la manera de actuar: en una situación familiar tan delicada, lo mínimo sería ofrecer la posibilidad de trasladar la reserva a otro fin de semana. En lugar de eso, no hubo ni un gesto de humanidad. No entristece ver que se trata así los clients, mientras las habitaciones se siguen ofreciendo en portales por falta de ocupación. Una actitud fría e irrespetuosa. No podemos recommend this hotel."

"My husband and I received a warm welcome from Julie at this beautiful location. The idyllic setting is perfect for relaxation. The region is dotted with rosemary, olive trees, and beautiful citrus trees. The pools have matching loungers and shady spots. Our room (a junior suite) was clean and beautifully furnished. The breakfast with local products was phenomenal. Now for the less pleasant part. As already described here, you have to order dinner the morning of, as everything is freshly cooked. Unfortunately, we placed our order by phone at 1:30 p.m. while we were out and about. I was told on the phone that the menu consisted of pork. Since I don't eat meat, I asked for a fish alternative and asked for a call back. Julie, however, promised me that it would be okay. So that evening at 7:30 p.m. we went out to eat with great anticipation. We waited and waited for our food........ Various families and couples who had already eaten their main course arrived around us after us. After 90 minutes of waiting on the extremely uncomfortable chairs (never experienced anything so uncomfortable), I finally lost my temper and went to the kitchen to ask how long we had to wait. I was dismissed with the reply "give me just 2 minutes." The food arrived after 5 minutes, however. It was a 4x4 cm piece of salmon (which you can get anywhere; I don't need to go to Mallorca for this "fish") and 2x2 cm small potatoes. It was gone in one bite, and I was still hungry. The "checkoch," as everyone calls him here, had his ego so hurt that we didn't want anything from him the next day. Sadly, this evening cost us a whopping 90 euros. We received no compensation. On the contrary, we were treated with contempt. A shame; this experience greatly spoiled our stay. If you enjoy eating good fish and want to be served really nicely, be sure to visit Casa Manolo in Ses Salines. Decent portions and above-average service."

"The public areas of the hotel are very beautiful, with a perfect combination of history and modernity. The hotel has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a free sauna, which are much larger than I thought. I recommend that you book a suite above the basic room type, which will be much better than the basic room type. There are not many breakfast options and the taste is average, but there is a very cute kitten near the kitchen. The key point is that the room is completely dark after the curtains are drawn, which is very friendly to people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The basic food in the hotel tastes average and needs to be improved, but there is a Michelin restaurant, which we did not have time to taste and should be good."

"Great family holiday experience. The hotel had a system in place that you pay 1 euro for a cup and return the cup once finished with it and reciece your euro back. You could refill, have it cleaned or exchanged at any point. This system was also in place for the snack bar throughout the day with a plate exchanged for a euro and given back on the return of the plate. The system meant there was no cups or plates/food or mess scattered around the site. The hotel was lovely and clean, around the pool elarea especially due to this system. 3 pools, all suitable for children, with one of the pools having a deeper end for adults. The other 2 pools were specifically aimed for children with slides and water splash area. The animation team were brilliant, special shout out to Aroura who was incredible with our 2 boys at the kids club. Our eldest boy (6) has never gone to kids clubs before but thoroughly enjoyed this everyday for the 90minutes in a morning and 90 minutes in an afternoon offering various activities of games, craft, water play and treasure hunts. The entertainment on a night provided by the animated was very good with a different show every night. We saw Abba, Blading, music quiz and genre of dance, all very good not to mention the kids mini disco before the show, which again varied in songs each night. The food was very good, fresh and lots of choice with different meat and fresh fish offered each day. We had a family studio, there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Only down side is for 2 days running we didn't have the cleaners come in do had to request fresh towels at the reception. It is not every day cleaning, we were aware of that, however 2 days in a row was a little frustrating and felt the non cleaning days could have been spread out better. Other than that very clean, air con wasn't the best but it did work and the room was cool enough to sleep. Overall a wonderful hotel and stay"

Can’t hear anything from outside but such a short walk from restaurants & markets etc. The staff are truly incredible. So kind, helpful and amazing. Breakfast was fab, extensive menu. The pool area is just phenomenal. So so well kept, stunning, fab lunch menu and the cocktails etc are divine. Dinner at Ocre in the courtyard is so special. What a place wow wow wow. Truly incredible. Food there is the best in the town by far and the setting etc so beautiful."
