Great resort hotel. Cooling and comfy bed and pillow. Provide 2 pillow per person. Powerful and hot shower. Toilet come with bidet. Breakfast is great and is indoor and outdoor choice. Local and western choice menu. All room come with balcony. Hotel is suitable for family with kids, has kid activities

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious especially the master bedroom. What surprised me the most was the pantry! From rice cooker, microwave, dining utensils and even a coffee machine were provided and worked well, we got the cook some simple food. The fridge was medium size, all TVs were working. Even though ACs only available inside the bedrooms, the living room did not feel hot at all in the afternoon. Had a great 2 nights with the family and looking forward to another stay. Also, the front desk was superb! The room was not ready when we checked in, he quicjly gave us 2 voucher for teabreak set ❤️ We got to enjoy some tea/coffee with cakes while waiting when we have received a welcome drink the moment we arrived. They also gave us a free 15mins photo session with 1 framed photo, lovely 👍

Facility is clean. Room is very clean and compliment with bottled water, etc the usual amenities. Room sleeper a little bit uncomfortable as it made with hard plastic. It is open hotel design, so the heat from daytime temperature immediate hit your face whenever you get out of room. Parking is a bit of challange as it is not enough if it is full occupancy. It is a bit far from places, such as mall, etc. The entrance to hotel also a bit chaotic as it is right on the crisscross from 2 road into 1 road. Honestly it is a bit pricey for the location and room/hotel design. Swimming pool is in the middle of hotel so privacy is non existance. Other than that, I slept soundly in my room and enjoyed my stay. Check in fast and no drama. The only small concern is everybody can access each floor through elevator as it doesnt required room key to access each floor.

Forest Hotel Environment Review Staying at this forest hotel is like stepping into a natural oxygen bar! The rooms are decorated with natural elements, featuring wooden furniture paired with greenery, and even the toiletries have a subtle pine scent. The public areas are surrounded by greenery; enjoy tea on the terrace surrounded by verdant views and the fresh scent of herbs in the air. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect choice!

The resort is nice, but there's still a lot of room for improvement from the management. Pros: - The resort's view and location are excellent. - Received a coffee break voucher and a discount for dinner at Ramela restaurant. - Friendly staff. Cons: - There was an unpleasant smell in the room's bathroom. - Breakfast for children is charged based on height: > 90cm pays 65,000 IDR, > 120cm pays 110,000 IDR. However, the children's menu only consists of cereal, bread, and omelets. - Limited breakfast menu with standard taste. - There was a lot of construction and renovation happening, which was quite disruptive. - The adult swimming pool was under renovation and unusable at the time, and the children's pool water was not warm. - Rooms do not have air conditioning, except for the Family Cabin type. - The weekend price is quite overpriced compared to the facilities and the issues mentioned above.

Need car to essce to property, as need drive thur a small alley which make it inconvenient if without a transport. But once you get there, the view was awesome , full of greenery with cold breeze Very basic villa with minimum essentials items, only provide 1 toothbrush, 1 soap bar, 1 shampoo in each toliet, do bring your own or ask from the property. We had to paid 500K to upgrade to aircon room which the initial assigned villa was having musty smell. Plugs only in the living hall at L1 which make it very inconvenient. Prefect morning breeze with delicious breakfast. Overall we have a pleasant stay

This hotel is arguably one of the best in the area. The staff service is friendly and makes guests feel comfortable. Plus, the hotel offers an amazing mountain view, really pleasing to the eye. However, there is one small note: as the afternoon approaches, the air starts to feel hot around 10 am. It would be better if the hotel provides air conditioning for the day at those times. However, in the morning, afternoon, and evening, air conditioning is actually not needed because the air in the peak area is naturally cool enough. Overall, the experience of staying here is still very satisfying, especially for enjoying the mountain atmosphere.

Excellent (top-notch!) when it comes to the location and the friendly, always-smiling service. No doubt about it. Just a tip for travelers: if you come here, you should bring your own dinner. Suggestion for the owner/manager: The bathrooms are already good, but maybe consider adding a bathtub in each room for kids to play in (as an alternative since there's no swimming pool). Overall, recommended.
