The hotel location is tucked into the woods with pine trees. All the staff members are super helpful and nice. They are also knowledgeable about private shuttles (Mr. Les). The bed is so comfortable that I slept like a log. The restaurant serves excellent mouth-watering cheeseburgers. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Idyllwild.

The room is very clean, new and very spacious. Parking space is very convenient and the reception lady is very kind. There’s also a trail from the lodge that we can walk to the town. Really really good place to stay, totally recommend this place.

One of the highlights of the stay was the availability of quality bicycles, perfect for leisurely rides around the city or nearby attractions. This combination of a prime location, attentive service, and thoughtful amenities makes for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Cute adults only mid century hotel in a great location. Guests receive a welcome drink and there’s a free breakfast which is only muffins and yogurt. You check in at the sister hotel next door. Love the salt water pool with misters around the pool patio. You can also use the pool, restaurant and bar at the hotel next door

Everything is good but when we had breakfast buffet i thought its only $16 per pax its in your apps but we got billed its $30 per person so 2 person is $60 too much for a breakfast as i dont really eat much...

Nice place to stay. It was a short straight forward drive into Palm Springs. Nice quiet location with a great pool. The breakfast was probably the best we’ve had in a hotel that included a free breakfast. If you want to be in the heart of Palm Springs it isn’t the place to stay but if you want to have a quiet getaway a short distance to town it’s great.

The facilities are a little bit old, but they are quite unique. The hotel lobby corridor is filled with photos of singers from before the 1970s. The hotel is in a good location and the price is affordable. There is a golf course in the backyard, which is more suitable for family travel.

The breakfast has a rich variety, including Chinese and Western options, the ingredients are fresh, and the meal is replenished quickly, which makes you feel the hotel's insistence on quality. If you have time, I highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel. Both Chinese and Western food are of high quality. Overall, whether it is the hardware facilities or the service details, Grand Hi Lai Hotel has demonstrated extremely high professional standards, and it is an impeccable accommodation experience. Perfect environment, great value for money. Well-equipped facilities add memorable memories during a short trip. The colorful mix makes people feel happy, and I am very moved by the pet-friendliness. If you come to Palm Springs next time, you will definitely come here.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was good value for money. Rooms face out to the parking lot but it was pretty quiet. No amenities really. There is a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Also they have coffee in the lobby. Close to a really good diner (Elmer’s). I was just staying overnight on a business trip. It is pretty close to the airport. If you’re visiting Palm Springs to explore and do things outside of the hotel, this is a good option.
