"Great ambience, first time staying in the hotel. The staff was excellent and hospitable we were greeted by every staff member that we came across. They were all passionate and knowledgeable of the history of the hotel. We were able to check in sooner as our room was available. Even though we had a pool side view, there was very minimal noise. The only down side was that someone randomly knocked on our door at night and apparently there was a leak on the lower floor and staff needed to enter the room the following day but they did apologize for the inconvenience. Can't blame them though as I'm sure the person experiencing the leak was WAY more inconvenienced than us. Aside from that everything was great, the food, drinks, staff, and even the guests would share/recommend things to do or see. Would definitely come back again!"

"Every year I go to Judy and live in this hotel. It is very clean. The hotel has a parking building. It is very convenient. There is a supermarket next to it. It is conveniently located in downtown."

"Everything service wise was amazing. from the check-in to check out all was very easy and smooth. There was a small little issue with the room I was given at check-in, but again the service was incredible to where I was accommodated accordingly, and put into a good room where I was happy. I wasn’t there for long. It was just a night stay, but definitely will book again.👌🏽👌🏽 Keep up the good work ."

"Overall, it feels expensive, the hotel building structure is not very good, you will hear the movement upstairs. No breakfast is available! The room was a bit damp. But the pool is good, I like it very much, it is very pleasant by the pool."

"The hotel is very convenient. There are many places to eat nearby and the facilities are complete. Hygiene: When you walk into the hotel, you can feel that it is very clean. The room is also very comfortable and simple. The air conditioning is very powerful. Service: The front desk was very welcoming and gave us snacks"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside to our trip were the strong sewage smell outside of the hotel, at the entrance. It was persistently present each time we accessed the building. Another smell on the second floor was as string but not offensive, like vinegar near rooms # 210-220. My daughter thought it smelled like a dentist’s office. Smells aside, the halls are brightly lighted and clean with inspirational quotes on each door. Continental breakfast was served daily and the pool was open, though we were too busy to enjoy it. He fitness room remained closed due to the pandemic. We would stay here again fir the convenience on/off the 91 freeway. The beds were not luxury but not terrible. They could be improved with a memory foam topper. "
