After I raised the problem of smell in the room, she explained to me very professionally that it may be caused by the new opening of the hotel and the natural smell of wooden furniture. At the same time, she took the initiative to upgrade the room type for me and assist in changing the room. The whole process was handled very promptly. It makes people feel the importance the hotel attaches to the guest experience.
In addition, Xiao Zhang at the front desk also left a very deep impression on me. After I left the store, I found that there were clothes lost in the hotel. Xiao Zhang not only patiently helped me find it, but also took the initiative to send me back to the family address after I found it. It was really intimate and made me feel the serious and responsible attitude of the hotel staff.
In addition, during the restaurant meal and when you usually meet with other staff, everyone will be very friendly and take the initiative to say hello and ask if there is a place for help. The service atmosphere of the whole hotel is very warm and makes people feel at home.

"Finally, I understand that staying halfway up Wugong Mountain is the way to go! The location of Xingye Valley is absolutely superb; the view is on a completely different level than from the foot of the mountain. Open the window and you're greeted by layers of bamboo forests, with clouds swirling around the treetops. You can't even see the 'billboard-filled, noisy traffic' scene from down below. The mountain spring water is crystal clear, the air carries the scent of grass and trees, and it's so quiet you can only hear the wind and insects. The detached treehouses are spread out in the woods with ample spacing, so when you close the door, it's your own private world. The staff are all incredibly enthusiastic and responsive to every request. The biggest surprise was the food! The stir-fried dishes had great 'wok hei,' the Pingxiang stir-fried noodles were exceptional, and the BBQ ingredients in the evening were fresh. The smell of charcoal mixed with the mountain breeze, and one meal was enough to completely rejuvenate me!"

"This guesthouse was a fantastic experience overall, definitely deserves a thumbs up! We arrived around 8 PM, starving, and the owner immediately cooked us a delicious authentic Jiangxi stir-fry. One bite and I felt completely revitalized. The vegetables were all grown by the owner, freshly picked and cooked, incredibly fresh and sweet—so much better than greenhouse vegetables in the city.
The room was newly renovated, clean and bright, and the bedding was comfortable. Although it was new, there was no unpleasant odor, and overall hygiene was excellent. There was just one small detail—the twin room only provided one pillow per bed, which was a bit inconvenient for a child sleeping with only one pillow.
The next morning, the owner personally drove us to the entrance for the reverse trek of Wugong Mountain, which was incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Wugong Mountain and highly recommend it to anyone planning a reverse trek!"
