"I was very pleasantly surprised at the hotel lobby and rooms and especially the breakfast dining room area and healthy breakfast varieties to choose from. The hotel is a smaller one and so inexpensive that I honestly didn’t set my expectations too high but I was impressed upon entering the lobby. It had the same quality as staying at an upscale Hilton. Very clean. The decor was beautiful and the 2 ladies at the lobby counter who were from Jamaica were cheerful and professional. My daughter and I stayed at Spark by Hilton in Destin, FLorida. We felt safe there. And the VERY spacious dining area and food selection was elaborate. The best and healthiest selection I’ve seen anywhere so far. A lady named Christine greeted us right away when we came to the breakfast area and she was genuinely cheerful like the women had been at the check in desk. From check in to check out, it was a very pleasant stay. I will stay there again. I would even stay there alone."

"Every single time I would call the front desk after 3:00 p.m. The lady there Panda would never properly transfer me and hang out the phone on me constantly very rude I would call back and she would do the same thing again and then she would say I can't hear you I can't hear you hello hello"

"Clean rooms, comfy rooms with cold air. The staff was friendly and even emailed me about an item left in the room and they were going to try and mail to me. Turns out it's just something we forgot to put in the trash, but thoughtful amd we were appreciative of the efforts. We will definitely return to this location if we are in town again."
