Lots of lovely extras, nespresso machine, rusks to nibble, excellent wines to sample at reasonable prices and high quality products in the bathroom. Just 5 minutes from Paarl town but you feel way out in the country with the vineyards around you."

Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with tasteful decor. We enjoyed a lovely lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and the breakfast was more than delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. A stay at Grand Roche is a luxurious and exceptional experience."

This was cooked while we waited and was uniformly good. The estate is a mile or so out of town and just at the edge of some really attractive mountains."

Outstanding food, with a nice menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. Just check when you book your room for bath or shower."
