GGuest UserWas a great area. Room was perfect for what I needed for my family. A little dust and areas behind cabinets that could have been a little cleaner same with plates cups and cutlery. But over all a great place and will stay again when in mackay ☺️

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep. It is very close to the sea, and you can see the sea when you open the balcony door. The room has its own refrigerator, microwave, bowls and plates. I bought something to eat and put it directly in the refrigerator. The front desk of the hotel is also very welcoming and will visit again.

CCoreyThere were dirty plates and cups in the cupboard there was still dust underneath the vanity the floor had looked like it not been swept properly the bed was comfortable location was ok but I will never go back

JJinNice and clean room. Comfortable bed to sleep. However it was close to airport so you can hear the noise when the flights are around but it won't be any of night so don't worry about when you sleeping. Nice place to stay if I got chance would be visit again. BTW when I booking from trip.com the staff said they didn't receive my information from the website but they solved at the end so no drama at all. So I will recommend you guys if you booking for this please make a call after booking to confirm to avoid any incident.
