GGuest UserWas alright for the discounted price I got it for but the room was a bit dated. I booked the executive spa room but was a bit disappointed with the spa itself - very old and lacked pump power. Also the bath faucet was positioned in a place that prevented a second person from sitting comfortably in the spa. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. The pool looked nice although I didn't use it. As was the case with the restaurant. Overall a tidy upmarket motel.

GGuest UserTraditional motel very comfortable, additional pillows and blanket in the closet and a fridge and a microwave, theres also a desk If you need to work. A tiny bathroom with towels but perfect for short term. Near the centre and few minutes walk to the supermarket.

GGuest UserWas a great area. Room was perfect for what I needed for my family. A little dust and areas behind cabinets that could have been a little cleaner same with plates cups and cutlery. But over all a great place and will stay again when in mackay ☺️

I arrived at the hotel at ten o'clock on Sunday evening, and entrusted a friend to contact the hotel in advance, and the hotel kept people waiting until I arrived, thank you very much.
The room was clean and there was a bath towel, a kettle, coffee powder.
About five kilometers from the airport, there is no bus on Sunday.

Ssolo travellerEverything about this place is five stars except location. It's just below the flight path and everytime a plane crosses, it'll wake you up. Other than that, it's a great place with free breakfast.
