GGuest UserTV with streaming services was a plus. Washing machine present and tabs provided by you. Washing machine and vacuum present! Coffee machine present but no pods and no precommunication any device there is. No towels available. Bets clean coated, quiet location, but right next to the seaside.

GGuest UserPOS: very central location 50 mtr from casino and beach; historical building with old charm; quite big but with a family atmosphere; (my) room recently renovated; pleasant bar area; quiet; considering location reasonably priced.
NEG: elavator super slow, tiny and shaky at times (7 floors); bathroom good but shower itself clumsy; staff could use some extra training ＞ in 4 days' stay there was always something not done or missing, and worst of all in spite of plenty of mgmt messages to save energy, in 2/4 days we came back late night and aircon had been switched on (by staff, not us), on a day it was barely 20 degrees, meaning complete waste of energy, and cost.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, the staff is really nice and welcome, the room is spacious and it's super quiet despite the world in the hotel. The small plus is the small weelness center but personally it is not very hot, it is not resting and the hammam and the back heat was out of service. For the sauna, you must be in a hurry and ask the hospital to warm it a big half hour before. The fine room is medium. But good hotel is a nice quality/price ratio.

JJack_WTGreat hotel in Oostende for a small budget. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. Easy to find and good service.
Rooms are not big if you travel with big suitcases, but manageble.
Just a few steps and you'll be at the beach to enjoy the Belgian coast.
