MmingtakOverall facilities very good. Staff also polite. But experience with catering is below expectation.
I had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and choices were limited and expensive. I had a fish but found out half cooked during serving. They just took the remaining portion into the kitchen and re-cook it instead of replacing a new one.
Breakfast on last day was also annoying. Our orders of egg was delayed/forgotten ! After chasing, my wife's hard boil egg order became soft egg. And my fried egg order never came and I just gave up.
I guess visitors of the property typically has a car and I strongly recommend people to have meals outside.

QQizhuzhuangdiqiu2019NewStar Hotel is a fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staffs are kind and nice. The manager Urs is a real gentlemen. Hope everyone will book this hotel and I'm sure you will have a wonderful journey in St.Gallen!

GGuest UserThis hotel is pretty good. There is a female clerk with an Asian face who hates the bad reviews. She looks impatient and dreadful. The other white people are very polite and friendly. The overall service level in Switzerland is still very good
