GGuest UserThe room is exactly the same as the picture. The room is comfortable and spacious. It is surrounded by mountains and streams. The natural environment outside the window is very good. The location is good and parking is convenient. I will come back next time if I have a chance.

NNabrudisJust one word: amazing!!! Lost in the middle of nowhere, this hotel is a gem worth the detour. Both the camping car (ideal for a family) and the heated infinity pool were idyllic. The Aizhai highway bridge is breathtaking and one of the best views is indeed from the pool! The only downside is the limited dining options (the hotel restaurant closes very early at night; food delivery arranged by the hotel staff is possible, but it takes ages to arrive). But that's to be expected given the hotel's location.

The front desk service was warm, the room was clean and sanitary, I was very satisfied with my stay, the room supplies were very exquisite, and the air conditioner was great! Surrounded by the famous Qianzhou Ancient City, there is also a delicious street with delicious food and not expensive! A large shopping mall is just a few steps away, making shopping and travel very convenient. The breakfast was very satisfactory, and there is also afternoon tea🍵When you are tired, it is very comfortable to sit in the tea bar and enjoy the cool air conditioning while drinking free coffee... I highly recommend friends to come here, and I will stay at her house next time I return to Jishou!

AAnonymous UserI stayed 4days, but It was so nice hotel. The room was comfy and kept it clean by staff every day.
I can’t speak Chinese, but Some staffs can speak English and all staffs is helpful. When I have some question or some trouble, they helped deeply.
I could go anywhere easily by bus or taxi. The room has a projection sets we can watch some movies and landscape from the window was so good.
On another note,If you want to use a microwave oven,you should tell owner and get her to take you to her house for using it. The water is offered for free at room temperature. The refrigerator is an only 1st floor.
These are typically habits in Chinese hotel room so just noted.

Hygiene: The toilet smelled a bit on the first day of moving in, but otherwise it was fine.
Environment: Quiet and convenient surroundings
Service: The breakfast tastes good. The room card has to be swiped every day, which is troublesome. There is a sign saying ”Do Not Disturb” and they even go into the room to clean. This is not good.
