GGuest UserMy first stay at Haiyou Hotel exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment was fantastic; the lobby was bright and welcoming, the rooms were clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, and the decor was simple yet comfortable, making me feel very safe and secure. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was quick, and they even thoughtfully provided information on nearby restaurants, answering all my questions promptly. This business trip was so comfortable, and the value for money was truly excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

GGuest UserThe inn is clean and the proprietress is very enthusiastic. The facilities in the house are average. As for the environment, if you like quiet customers, you should not be very satisfied. The surrounding area is noisy. The rest at noon is not very good, but it is still very quiet after ten o'clock in the evening.

The entrance to the scenic area is also not far if you are here for that.
Super friendly receptionist/owner that really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave some great recommendations for local restaurants (all in Chinese obviously, not English).
Would stay here again if I’m in the area.

GGuest UserThe environment, price, and dining are good, especially the disinfected and sealed sandals and slippers, disposable toilet pads, this is a place of care. The 703 bedding pillow I lived in had yellow stains, the hot water pressure was extremely small, the water from the sink was not smooth, and the water pressure in other rooms where the family lived was normal. I hope to investigate and improve it.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldA great find on our drive from Xi'an to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel is beautiful. we had a double deluxe room, beds were clean and comfortable, spacious bathroom with toiletries and good showers. Breakfast was traditional chinese, fried eggs and bread available. The service desk staff were brilliant, listened to our needs and were very patient and helpful dealing with foreign passports. would definitely recommend.

GGuest UserLocated about 10 minutes from the train station. The workers are very nice. About 3 minutes walk from the market where you can try special local food in the morning. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is not very expensive.
The room is big, comfortable, clean. Has hot water in the shower, towels, tooth brush and everything you need.
