Guest Userhow this place ever got given 5 stars is ridiculous. It’s so old and outdated it belongs in the ark. And to spend £350 a night for this place is a disgrace. I travel all my life and it’s just not up to scratch. We arrived to be told we couldn’t get breakfast it didn’t start till 8. I said we leave early each day and was told we could have cold food at 7.30. No attempt to do anything. Looks like It was last decorated in the 80’s and I’m honestly shocked how bad a hotel can be at that price. If my wife had been with me I’d have left. I’ll never stay again. No fridge in the room, no ac no extra blankets in the cupboard. Poor all round.
