Ssundeep anneThis hotel boasts a truly excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was consistently good and very helpful throughout our stay. We found the general ambiance to be quite pleasant and welcoming. However, it is worth noting that an update to the air-conditioning systems in the rooms would greatly enhance future guest comfort. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider returning.

GGuest UserLocation at Benz Circle is excellent. Amenities were standard as also the services. The services like replacing drinking water, coffee etc needed a nudge but the job got done on request. Reception was not very friendly-we were waiting for 10 min while reception was talking animatedly on the mobile to someone. Limited choice at restaurant but food was tasty and service efficient.

GGuest UserHaving booked Deluxe Room expected a more spacious and ventilated Room but it's not up to the mark. Restaurant service is very poor. The Restaurant timings are too late and happy. At least coffee and tea should be available in the morning from 6 am onwards. Reception is fine but Room service is slow. They need to improve in their hospitality service and approach. Maintainence of Rooms and bathrooms should be improved . Overall they need to improve. So my feel is average.

GGuest UserHotel Southern Grand in Vijayawada provided a pleasant and comfortable stay for me and my family during our one-night visit. The room quality was excellent, room service was prompt and courteous, and the food served was delicious and satisfying. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. It is also conveniently located with easy access to nearby attractions. PVP Shopping Mall is just about 2.5 km away and can be reached in around 10 minutes via M.G. Road. The famous Durga Malleswari (Kanaka Durga) Temple is approximately 4 km from the hotel and can be accessed easily by auto or cab via the Krishna River bridge, with options to reach the temple either by steps or the ghat road.

GGuest UserIt's a good hotel and near all tourist places in vijayawada. We had a good stay in this hotel and staff responded very quickly for all the needs. Provided breakfast is nice and we enjoyed this hotel
