There was no hot water when I woke up this morning, and I don't remember if it was mentioned in the check-in instructions. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the outdoor soundproofing wasn't great, and there were ants in the kitchen. I'm not sure what the 500 square meter figure means; it's basically a one-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom apartment. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something. The check-in information sent by the owner was very detailed.

Had a great stay at Tamarind Suites! The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and the self check-in was quick and easy with clear instructions. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I feel very happy and comfortable to have your room as my staycation. All available facilities can be used optimally. You as a host are very easy to communicate with. I really appreciate and will make your room one of the stays I will remember and will likely repeat again. Thank you!

Basic hotel suitable for transit and short stay if you’re not looking for a premium service. Provide checkin and checkout kiosk, able to perform checkin and checkout by ourselves. Initially planning to look for receptionist early morning around 530am before check out but nobody was there and left a phone number which unable to call in, have to drop WhatsApp and only reply around 8am. Besides I’ve already heard some customers were yelling to find any receptionist around 5am as there were no one around FYI.

my experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless and very comfortable . Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay.

Nice room, clean environment also :D The location is quite good, and you may see beautiful scenery. I have made a reservation many times, there also got mall nearby, which is quite convenient :) Most importantly, the air conditioner is quite new and cool. The environment is really comfortable and will be booked again!! :))

Checked in at 1 AM. It wasn't planned, just happened. But before arriving, I had already called. They told me to pick up the key at a specific pickup point. Once I got there, the person in charge of the keys said there was a problem with our unit. They mentioned 'many issues.' We immediately started thinking the worst, wondering what kind of problems. Turns out, it was an issue of guests double-booked for the same date, but from a different app. Luckily, we weren't affected like that. After checking in, we looked around. Hmm, it was quite dirty. Hair on the floor, in the bathroom. Some unknown stains on the sofa and floor. Not sure if the bedsheets were changed or not. Couldn't be bothered to think about it, just wanted to sleep. One thing's for sure: I won't be repeating my stay here again. 🤞🏻

The unit is not as our expectation: 1. The whole house is smelly, I need to buy air freshener 2. NO Kettle and of cause NO coffee/tea facility (I didn’t expect this) 3. Stove is NOT functioning 4. Shower knob is missing 5. Sink pipe is not in position 6. Big water mark at toilet ceiling 7. Internet was suspended with message BILL is not paid 8. NO Qibla direction Homestay facilities are good: swimming pools, gym parking, security. The unit definitely need to improve for the benefit of guest

The toilet has unpleasant smell - doesn’t seem to be washed properly since it has stain on its’ glass. The bed is quite old and torn (it was covered by thin white cloth so can see through. I know I paid less than 300 for two nights and I don’t expect it to look like hotel but at least clean and proper.
