The interior was kinda old, when we reached the floor of the hotel room, the lobby was stuffy and not air conditioned, likewise hotel room also stuffy upon entering. Check-in process was smooth. Overall I feel it does not really reflect the rate charged.

I was amazed at the spaciousness of the unit..it Ground floor which is a plus..the host is also very helpful and friendly..i will definitely come here again..the photos that u see, is totally different from the real thing .its much much nicer..maybe host needs to update the photos ya 😅. Its also very quiet place to stay..they have netflix too and wifi super good.. my mistake was i forgot to take photos as i was celebrating my 40th bday 🤦🏻

Cozy room. Good place to stay within budget. Receptionist are all available 24hr, peramah. Can just walk from hotel to nearest town to find any groceries/ store. Good experience 👍🏻.

The hotel is undeniably beautiful and located in a very strategic and convenient area. close to everything I needed. The design and ambiance were lovely, and overall, it had great potential for a comfortable stay. However, I was quite shocked to find a cockroach on the bed. This was really unexpected and affected my experience. I believe cleanliness should be a top priority, especially in guest rooms, and I hope the housekeeping team can be more thorough in the future. Additionally, I noticed there wasn’t an iron provided in the room. It would be much more convenient for guests if basic amenities like an iron were available in every room without needing to request one. Thank you, and I truly hope the hotel can improve in these areas — I would love to come back if these issues are addressed.

3 levels shoplot building with no lift. Small room with no window. In front of market. This hotel located around 10mins walk to utc pasar tanjung tawau and 30mins drive to airport. Arrived late at night around 8pm and they allowed late check in. Aircond functioning well however the room gives a bit of musty smell. Remote tv & aircond has to be returned to receptionist upon checkout. 2 smalls soap were given during check in. Cannot expect much for rm74/night room. For muslims, has to pray on bed since too little space to sujud. Good for 1 night stay only

It was amazing for a short stay. Easy to access foodie and night market, got park side around the hotel. Got lift. Very recommended if you want to stay at tawau.

Best hotel i ever had. Reasonable price. They were friendly and even lent me their charger when i need it. For girls that need iron, they also provide that. No meal provided but overall is good. Will repeat it again
