GGuest UserI was amazed at the spaciousness of the unit..it Ground floor which is a plus..the host is also very helpful and friendly..i will definitely come here again..the photos that u see, is totally different from the real thing .its much much nicer..maybe host needs to update the photos ya 😅.
Its also very quiet place to stay..they have netflix too and wifi super good.. my mistake was i forgot to take photos as i was celebrating my 40th bday 🤦🏻

ZZushaMy second time staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly but pls make sure the cleanliness of the room is superb. bcs when i entered into my room, the floor still wet. the toilet was so dirty. the blanket is yellowish. i rated 5/10

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, quickly resolving my Wi-Fi issue. Breakfast was delightful, especially the Nasi Lemak served with Goreng Ayam and flavourful Ayam Masak Merah. The only drawback was the poor TV reception

GGuest UserTransit stay to Semporna. Opposite restoran Ingat offer good chinese foods. Nearby restaurants and walking distance 10 min to wet market. Lifts available. Recommended though hotel needs upgrade.

GGuest UserBooked for 6 nights. The hotel is generally presentable with front reception operating till late. There is a lift which is helpful in moving luggage. The hotel provides free Wifi, room service replaces drinking water bottles everyday. Toothbrush and tooth paste are supplied which is convenient. The room is generally comfortable with air conditioning working fine.
Location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to Kubota Square Central. There are many shops, restaurants, pharmacies.
Can be better if cleaning can be done more thoroughly on bathroom (corner, soap scum on shower glass) and room wall (dust), the chair in the room needs replacement as it was stained with paint. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay.
