AAtty Mich HortonWe stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained.
The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated.
They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay.
Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good.
Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.

VVanguard34The hotel has a country mixed with a modern feel which reflects the local landscape. I like that the function hall seems big enough to fit our company's event. The regular room size that we checked in is spacious, and the toilet is very clean. However, they didn't provide a kettle so we couldn't drink coffee inside. Unlike other hotels having a kettle is standard.
Swimming pools are rather small though, not so clean I guess especially the kids pool. But I love the fact they have a life guard on duty to watch over the swimmers. Resting areas around the pool are also limited. Food at the restaurant seems decent, but the ac eating area is limited, some need to eat outside.
Overall, even with its limitations I enjoyed my stay because the room we stayed in is very clean, and the service people are quite friendly

GGuest UserOne of the best experiences by far. Great beach and location. Room booked is a bit dated but still lovely. Although there was not enough provision for outlets as the beds cover them, we were provided with extension cord upon request. The stream of water from the shower is okay but I prefer it to be stronger.
The restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast buffet is ample. I noticed that there was one instance when the restaurant gets some orders mixed up but they were addressed immediately.
The staff are efficient, accommodating, and helpful.
Overall, you get your money’s worth.
Will definitely go back.

CcherrytravelsOverall experience is good. Place is great we enjoyed the pool especially the pool waves and kiddie slides. Evening lights are spectacular, the place is truly wonderful! There are activities for each family, there are kiddie rides too.. Accommodation designs are cute and eye catching, however there are water bubbles accumulated from wall paints from our room. We enjoyed the spa too.
There's a shuttle service from and to bacolod with a fee.
Food tastes good but cleanliness from utensils are questionable. Too crowded on weekends.

But in actual fact it's actually more than 15 kilometres away, it's very FAR
AND to find this hotel was another problem because on the maps online app i this name doesn't show up
When i arrived at the hotel it's actually with a different name
Can you please rectify and not confuse customers
Overall it's just a budget hotel

SSERNA MAINZAIt’s my second time to stay here at Avenue one thing for sure sobrang bait at approachable nang mga staff! No mornings or afternoon na hindi ka nila babatiin once na masalubong ka nila . Sobrang nakaka ganda nang araw!Sobrang linis din nang room , as-in everyday nila pinapalitan lahat! Every punta ko nang Bacolod Avenue Suites na talaga ako!❤️🫡

GGuest UserWe stayed only for one night and were happy there. The inn is close to the mall. You can park your car for free in front of the house. Breakfast provided was great. AC & hot water worked properly. Room is spacious. Minus point would be the mosquitos in the room, but they weren't that much. Could still sleep good.
