MmajgatzWe recently stayed at Kalachuchi Beach Resort and absolutely loved it! Located about 30 minutes from the port, this secluded gem offers a tranquil escape with its own private beach.
The villas are spacious and comfortable, with two large beds and hot/cold showers. We appreciated the quiet and secluded atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the food at the restaurant was delicious and generous in portion size.
The resort boasts a lovely pool and a private beach, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. While WiFi is limited to the reception, pool, and restaurant area, the lack of mobile signal actually encouraged us to truly disconnect and enjoy our vacation.
A note for travelers: The Google Maps location is inaccurate, so be sure to double-check directions before arriving.
Overall, Kalachuchi Beach Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing escape in Siquijor 🤍

GGuest UserWe're stayed only 24h, because Covid striked just then and country started to go lockdown. We had about 48h to leave country, but the owner canceled our bookings with a smile on his face and welcomed back when it was possible again. Such an excellent place/owner/staff. They even served bf to our rooms in the morning before we left to the ferry. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Excellent location next to beach. Highly recommended and definitely we will come back to finish our holidays in this cool resort. ❤️

HHanlouHannahLocation: Located on the west side of Siquijor Island, near the pier, about a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride. A gravel road leads from the main road to the hotel near the sea.
Facilities: The rooms are nice, simple and clean! Built six years ago, there are only twelve rooms in total, so book early! The swimming pool is large; if you stay on the first floor, you can directly access the diving area from your balcony, perfect for families with young children.
Surroundings: There aren't many shops nearby; you'll need to rent a car or ride a motorbike to get around. However, it's relatively quiet; other areas have loud noises like chickens, dogs, and motorcycles. Here, you'll only hear the sound of the waves.
Service: The owners are two people from Beijing who are very helpful. They immediately helped with luggage upon arrival. Renting a car, motorbike, or tuk-tuk is readily available, making getting around convenient. The waitresses are also extremely friendly.
Meals: Breakfast is a standard Filipino hotel breakfast, one serving per person, simple but filling. They also offer Chinese food, priced similarly to Shanghai, but delicious! We ordered food here every day.

GGuest UserWe availed one seaview room and 1 highway view room. The highway room was so clean, like newly renovated, its perfect. Spacious, mlamig na aircon and new. Unlike the seaview room, mejo natanggal na ang paints sa may cr, and aircon is mejo luma and may konting alikabok. But OVERALL, WE LOVE IT. Just a few touch lang sa seaview. Will recommend this to friends and family!!

PPavelReception is not in obvious place, poor wi-fi and water supply. Some minor problems with interior. Balcony without any access to it. Otherwise, really good location, breakfast, surroundings. Not for a long stay IMHO

-Room is spacious and bed is super comfortable and big
-Staffs are friendly and helpful (staf constantly keep the pool clean, security guard and front desk helps booking tuk tuk.

- there are flies (big ones) flying around the food at the table beside the main swimming pool

- i had trouble flushing the waste in my comfort room and the machine keep making noises as the strength of the flushing water is weak.
- Water flow of the shower head is weak as well.
- no bidet
- no tv in the room

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very clean, the owner and staff are very friendly. The only downside is the noice from the street which can get very loud at night! The AC is also quite loud so we had to turn it off during the night and just manage the heat.
