Great
EEvgeniya GalushkinaNew hotel, spacious room, nice design. Breakfasts are modest, but there is what you need. Cons: the hotel is located near the road, it is very noisy to sleep with the window open. The room was on the third floor and the Internet almost did not work
AAnonymous UserIt's a great place to take a morning walk or a leisurely walk or jog in front of a beautiful beach. The spa is divided into time slots and requires a fee.
GGuest UserThis hotel is very recent. Beautiful, elegant and well-equipped in terms of services. What doesn't strike us as normal, however, is the lack of little touches for a hotel in this category. No shampoo, no q-tips, just the same gel for washing hands and in the shower. No shower cap. An empty fridge bar. We appreciate the coffee machine and the bottle of water, but one normal coffee capsule and 3 decaffeinated coffee capsules... not logical...
We asked for a room with a bath when we booked (we were ”upgraded” without any request on our part, on a ”marina” view, but with a shower.
As we are not very nice customers, we didn't say anything.
The bedding is good. The pillows are quite thick, which can be uncomfortable for people with sensitive necks. 3 cushions are available, but they are all very dense.
The road is very noisy, subject to a few car rodeos at night.
I've heard that the rooftop is noisy in November, but fortunately this is not the case.
The staff are friendly and respond to requests.
The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, but for the evening menu, this type of buffet seems less attractive, but will surely please some people.
The spa is very good, at 12.5 euros for one hour (equipped swimming pool, sauna, hammam, etc.).
There is a car park at the hotel for 6 euros a night, but free parking is available 200m from the hotel by the beach.
All in all, then, this is a fine hotel with a lot of potential, but some details clearly need to be reviewed to make it really nice.
GGuest UserClean and modern building. This apartment has a great lobby and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The units are also extremely clean and have a lot of closet space. The beach, restaurants and shopping center were all within a 10 minute walk from our apartment. I highly recommend it.
Just remember you don’t have the view of the ocean, but as I said the water is just around the corner from the building.
MMichelle WeaverBeautiful hotel with amazing staff.
We only had one night here so didn't get to appreciate the surroundings and facilities.
Amazing staff at reception on arrival and at breakfast (such a wonderful lady who helped us with all our orders)
Lovely, clean, and fresh room.
**The only issue I have is the shower, its fine with the blind down and lights off but if you wasnt with a partner, it could be quite embarrassing
Will visit again
MMbali ThusiThe hotel was okay to stay in but way too overpriced especially because they’re not really a five star hotel in my opinion. Simple amenities such as shampoo, bathrobes, slippers and lotion are not provided for a five star hotel. I didn’t get help from the Porter to take my bags etc. I like that it’s all inclusive and it’s so convenient to eat at the hotel however the food could have been fresher. The pools were amazing and the hotel is very close to the beach which is good. Getting around is a headache unless you hire a car, it would take me forever to get an Uber. Not the hotels fault obviously but just something to note. The hotel is so huge that the shared lift would take forever and unfortunately can’t choose which one to take as the lift chooses the floor automatically . While it was a good stay I don’t know if I would stay here again because of my expectations of an all inclusive 5star hotel. Also make sure to go watch the sunset by the beach, absolutely breathtaking.
LLila JAHAbsolutely loved my stay at Tivoli Algarve!! All inclusive hotel with lots of food, drinks and snack options. The amenities were perfect if you wanted to use the gym, spa or sauna. If you just wanted to relax by the pool, you could get a drink from the bar and lounge either at the adults only or general pool. They had outdoor sports options, basketball, paddle ball or mini golf with a bar/snack bar close by.The property was quite large but quite accessible. You really didn’t need to leave the property for anything, unless you wanted to go to the city center, which they had a free shuttle to. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Tivoli Algarve and would go back again!
GGuest UserLocation of the resort is spot on. Good to stay who likes all SUPs, surfing etc. Resort is okay with amenities. You will not find any toiletries other than shampoo, body wash in bathroom so bring your own. I booked 4 bed apartment. one double bed and one sofa cum bed. Double bed was really good but at the same time sofa cum bed was not so comfortable. Room was very cold when we and it took whole night to get warm with heater. Swimming pool is ofcourse not in use due to winter time. so all in all the stay was okay, we can get better service, amenities, facility with the same room rates in other hotels.
GGuest UserView from the room is great and the room is fairly clean - for the price, if it’s not for the incident, I would not have anything to complain. The only downsides are the property is slightly dated and there is virtually no service in the evening. In the evening I arrived I was not told that there was no water during the day, and when I almost go into shower I realise the water were all muddy and the shower diverter is so old that it simply doesn’t work. I asked the receptionist about the water and I was then told I should just let the water flow (but he didn’t attempt to offer to come check it out or offer alternative room in the interim), and he told me he doesn’t know what to do with the diverter so I should just wait till next morning when his colleagues take over his shift from him.
