Stayed in this city for so many nights, nearly ten days, and the first night here was the best I stayed

Небольшой, уютный отель в центре, но при этом не на шумной улице. Минус, он же плюс отель рядом с рестораном, хотя завтраки в счет номера не входит, отплата за каждый завтрак отдельно 1100₽, что не очень удобно

Останавливалась на двое суток в феврале 2026 года. Стоимость проживания — 10 712 рублей без завтрака. Номер просторный, комфортный, чистый. В отеле тихо, спокойно — выспаться можно без проблем. Но сервис, к сожалению, на уровне «троечки». Его как будто просто нет. В номере стоит капсульная кофемашина — вроде бы приятная деталь. Но капсулу вы получаете 1шт. За остальные — нужно доплачивать на ресепшене. Для меня это странно. Заплатив более 10 тысяч рублей за два дня без завтрака, гость ещё должен отдельно покупать кофе. Это создаёт ощущение мелочной экономии на базовом гостеприимстве. Также в ванной нет полноценных средств для ухода: нет элементарно бальзама для волос. Всё ощущается как формат эконом-сегмента

The staff is very helpful and kind. Sadly Wifi matters so much For travelers. And the wifi was so sporadic, intermittent or cancelled itself regularly, to the point where it was useless. Breakfast is really sufficient and the omelette was very good.

Located in the city center, the transportation is very convenient. It is a suite, in the community, full of history and life. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom have everything and are fully equipped. There are restaurants and big supermarkets, as well as theaters and museums, very good accommodation. Looking forward to having a chance to come again!

Отель понравился, шикарное расположение, отличный сервис, ресторан с качественной, вкусной едой и красивой сервирововкой, вежливый персонал, чистый, теплый номер (ноябрь месяц, на улице прям морозец был с ветром Единственный небольшой минус это краны в ванной комнате подуставшие, отрегулировать температуру воды было сложно. А в остальном очень хороший отель, с удовольствием приеду туда снова)))

Отличный, чистый, тихий номер. Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные. Приветливый персонал, готовый в любое время прийти на помощь.

Excellent hotel. Welcome, always ready to help staff. Clean, comfortable room. Very pleasant cozy restaurant. Delicious breakfast. Cheesecake conquered my heart. Overall food is good. Almost everything liked. If you get a bad trick, it is not too comfortable. Strange design in the form of a pipe with a hole. Well, the hotel policy to provide champoo for an extra charge. For the first time I encounter such. The hotel is not cheap. So take the champoo with you.

Hotel is small, close to the center, everything is in a pedestrian walk. There is no elevator from the downsides.
