GGuest UserWe had the pleasure to stay at Golaz hotel for 11 days. There is very little to complain about our stay. The breakfast was fantastic, the service was on orderly and on time, and the staff were very quick to attend to our requests. The location of the hotel is also very good, as it's very close to transportation hubs, be it metro, bus or taxis. Our room was spacious and included all the amenities needed for a lengthy stay. Overall, if you're looking for a clean hotel, spacious rooms, good service, and great breakfast, all included for a fair price, you cannot go wrong with this hotel.

MMesutBreakfast is okay, although not varied but it tastes well. Unfortunately had a room in -1 floor. This smells to smoke cigarettes, although it should be a smoke-free room. Air conditioning has not worked well or has not brought fresh air in. Location is very optimal to get into the center quickly.

ZZMikhailThis is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink.
About negatives:
1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not.
2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea)
3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment)
I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.

GGuest UserThe hotel is new, clean and simple. The reception is fluent in English and helpful on supporting your needs. It’s really value for money.
However, there are several areas worth mentioning:
- location: there is no metro station nearby. You gotta take taxi or buses to get there
- staircase: there are some rooms that can only be accessed through staircase(ard 6-10steps) after taking lift. You have to carry your luggage up through those stairscase
- bathroom design: the hardware used are high quality one but the design are not friendly enough. The bathroom is separated into showering, toilet and basin area. There is no space for putting cloth or towel in the showering area. You have to get out naked to get those things in the basin area, which is connected to the bedroom without door. One more minor recommendation is that a few more rack would make the basin area more user friendly.

PPik kwanI give this hotel 90 points! very good! The location is excellent, it only takes 10 minutes by taxi from the long-distance bus terminal! There are many restaurants and shops on both sides! Very convenient! Go right for 8 minutes and you will reach the beautiful Kukatpi Mosque

The hotel facilities are very new and clean, the lobby waiters are polite and will help with luggage, and the front desk staff, although they don't understand English very well, also tried their best to help us with our needs! There are many options for breakfast too! I live in a room on the first floor, facing the street! A total of 3 nights, every morning and evening was very quiet! So we were well rested! We are very satisfied with this hotel. If I come back from other cities, I will definitely choose to stay here again! Great value for money thanks to the hotel staff! GGuest UserThe staff are AMAZING!!! So kind and helpful. They let me check in super early for no additional charge, shared tea and pears and coffee with me. The rooms are lovely and beds are comfy. Location is awesome. Rooms with shared bathroom don’t have showers, I didn’t realize that until I got there. But they even let me use the shower. Would 1000% recommend!!
