GGuest UserThe service was very good. When driving to the hotel, my daughter just vomited at the hotel entrance. The service guy brought various small gifts to cheer the child up. He was very enthusiastic. The scenery is also good

GGuest UserThe reception service is nice and helpful. The room is spacious, but it’s not very clean. Some hair stuck in bathroom. The fitness is good but need to pay 250tl extra. The location is little far from city centre. It’s around 17 minutes to the metro station on foot.

LLEICheap and good, a hotel on the hillside, to be honest has nothing to do with the five-star Radisson. But there is a big supermarket around, there is a very good steakhouse, very convenient.

GGuest UserFirst of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel.
Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed.
Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke.
