ZZhaozaidadaoshangz16房間兩天打掃一次衞生，設施老舊了，空調是8 0年代老式窗式空調，主機在室內，噪音大，怕吵的人會影響休息，這裏主要體驗自助式服務，全靠自己了，頭天入住拉着行李箱滿院子找了半天，很狼狽。乘坐覽車去玩要走很遠的路，建議坐班車。總體感覺一般般。

Sstephen2029The booking page was a bit confusing. I originally wanted to book the Swan Hotel, but the pictures weren't clearly distinguished, so I accidentally booked the Reserve across the street. It's only a few minutes' walk, so it's not a big deal. The Reserve is closer to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. You can take a boat or bus to both parks, with the boat being more convenient (you'll need to catch it at the Swan Hotel). It's a bit further to the other two parks, requiring a bus, but it's still very convenient. The rooms and facilities are good, but there's nothing much outside, which is a bit inconvenient. For shopping, you can use Uber Eats. It would be great if the hotel offered breakfast options; it's hard to find food in the morning when you're trying to make early entry into the parks.
