For UGA visitors, this is hard to beat being located on campus. Clean. Good facilities.

Wow this place was so nice great looking. its outdoor seating was hip with plenty of seating and with a water feature. It was very clean the room had tall ceilings and decor was hip great stay

Convenient location, on the lively main street of Athens, there are many restaurants within walking distance, and it is also close to the University of Georgia. Very close to Athens Transit Multimodal Center, convenient to take various buses. Very recommended!

Clean, efficient and easy to locate. Older facility,but very clean. The area surrounding the motel is safe and clean. Great staff make this a regular stop over for us while traveling.

Checked in without any problems. Found dried dog **** on floor and skid marks on vinyl couch. Bed had been half assed made up. Sheets were not clean. Spoke with very nice lady at front desk, swapped rooms it was very well maintained. Apparently different cleaning crew...

Very close to the University of Georgia, very convenient

The front desk hotel clerk should be a bit more pleasant . The hotel room needs to be renovated . The tub is all scratched up and all. The air conditioning unit is a bit loud. I would suggest for the owner to allow for late check out even with a fee , would be acceptable or reasonable for customers. We were told too by the front desk hotel clerk that late checkout won’t be considered, except for a 30 minute extension because the housekeeping cleaning crew were less staffed and that a Baseball team are expected to check in. It didn’t seem like there were really a lot of occupants in the hotel, based on what we’ve seen at parked cars at the parking lot. I supposed , considering the hotel price rate we paid, it would be as expected .
