Amazing
SsimsangelaUpon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

DDoro8Great stay. Very nice and clean and has a new look to it. The lounge/ bar area is very beautifully decorated. Very cozy. Will stay again. Room is clean. We stayed at the suite with a sofa. Had free sodas and water in the fridge to use. And a Keurig machine.

GGuest UserService was great. We felt welcomed upon arrival and were even given restaurant and family fun recommendations. The rooms, restrooms, and bed were all clean and comfortable. The area of the hotel was quiet and relaxing feet away from the Hawaiian Falls Waterpark.

SSally RimanI chose the facilities and location on purpose,however the pool was closed due to inspection not complete. Breakfast was fine but somewhat cold. Service at desk was excellent--staff friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Housekeeping staff was not thorough--found dirty underwear behind desk and under couch and there was a very strong mildew smell in the bathroom. Hall was not vacuumed and when we asked for a room cleaned, it was not done very well. I am assuming they were short-staffed like everyone else but they should address the mildew, which is not healthy. I loved the fact that there was a full kitchen and we were able to be on the first floor.

Went down to the front desk, which was very excellent at assisting with change at checkin details for us- but there wasnt anyone there nor any sign about being in break. I went outside for a drink across the street, and I had a chat with a coworker I ran into at the Caseys gas station and returned a total if 25 minutes after I left the Super 8 and still didnt see anyone.
Everything else was perfect but waking up three times in sweats, and calling the front desk two of those times to no avail- was concerning because any of the other time- such as in the morning before check-out; staff was fantastically attentive- but not 24/7
