YYOSHIAKIIt is a very convenient location with Disneyland and Angels Stadium in Anaheim nearby. We also recommend a shopping center called Gioutlet at Orange. If you rent a car, you can arrive from LAX Airport in less than an hour without stress. However, the hotel parking fee cost $ 25 per day, and I realized the high price of Los Angeles. Well, the parking fee at Dodgers Stadium costs $40, so is this what it is?

GGuest UserMy kids first time at a hotel and they had an awesome time. We were close to the Anaheim convention center due to a church event. Then check in was easy everything flowed good. My kids wanna stay again the next time we have an event.

GGuest UserWe had a great overall stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed.
The room was a good size with plenty of space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the couch was cozy, which made our stay more enjoyable.
However, we did find a roach in the room, which was definitely concerning. Even though it was just one that we saw, it’s never something you expect or want to encounter during a hotel stay. Cleanliness is important, and I hope management takes additional pest control measures to prevent this from happening again.
The internet also did not work on the first day and wasn’t up and running until the following night, which was inconvenient.
The ice room was very sketchy and did not seem well-maintained, and the microwave in was not working properly and appeared a bit dirty. These smaller maintenance issues added up and made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.
Unfortunately, we have not yet received our damage deposit back, which has been disappointing. We are hoping this will be resolved promptly.
I would also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the ones provided left our hair feeling very dry.
Overall, it was a good stay with a few things that could definitely be improved

GGuest UserAlthough they all gave four stars, the facilities gave 5. The reason is that their home can cook, and it is the longest time we have lived in. The children are in the nearby school summer camp. They have not been set in advance. I found a circle. This is the most suitable, but the temperature of the induction cooker in the beautiful country is not high, but it is OK to make an early morning. There is a waiter downstairs, Indonesia, the thin attitude is not very good, the breakfast is very fast, we made some suggestions, breakfast is normal, coffee is casual, you can use the washing machine to wash clothes, suitable for long stay

SsocolVery close to Disneyland, 10 minutes drive, shuttle bus needs to be paid separately, breakfast is OK, but tipping is required, room rate is relatively cheap, overall cost performance is quite high, cheaper than the surrounding area, still recommend

GGuest UserBeautiful rooms and expert cleanliness. Very quiet accommodations. Free washers though most of them were either out of service or didn’t actually wring all the excess water from the clothing. Drying was a little expensive at 3-4$ for an hour. There was only one vending machines and it was for drinks only but there is a gas station next door that has all sorts of amenities that’s open 24hr.

GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the service at your hotel. The price is reasonable, the rooms are spacious and airy, and very clean. I am Korean and I was on a business trip and booked the hotel for 8 days. I was very pleased with the complete amenities, including an electric stove, refrigerator, and all the necessary kitchenware. It was fantastic. I felt more like I was on vacation than a business trip. I was very comfortable during my stay. Thank you very much.
