The condo was in a perfect location to the Winter Park activities. The Gondala, alpine slide, golf, ect. It was right across the street. The condo was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The community hot tub was an added bonus! The only negative was the check in insturctions. They gave the correct address for the condo but check in is across the street at a totally different place. The Zephyr is where you check in for the Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe.

The store needs self-service, and it is only when you call to ask for the room password. The room is small except for the shower room, other facilities are good, and it is very convenient to go shopping at nearby attractions.

The location is excellent, with true ski-in/ski-out access. The condo is small but adequate for two adults and one child. It was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped; however, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt very old (Feel like 50 years old). My husband and I experienced back pain after the first night and slept poorly throughout my seven-night stay. I would not return unless the mattress is replaced. I stayed in the Slopeside building (Unit 1507).
