I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

I liked it because it is very clean and newly built hotel, good parking area.

The room was clean , no issues there. However we were there for two nights and housekeeping did not stop in to see if we needed anything. We had to find them for more coffee. We went to check out the pool and hot tub , decided we were not going in ,as it was so cloudy you could not see the bottom of either. The breakfast area is located in the lobby , which also doubles as a bar and restaurant after 5. The first day we had breakfast it was cold . I tried to let the staff know the toaster was not working the elements were not on , she popped it down and put her hand over it ” heat ” . I repeated yes but it's not toasting the elements are not on . She unpopped it and walked away lol . And the wifi is limited unless you were a silver privilege member. Also 3 $ for a bottle of water in the room unless you were a member .

The most satisfactory hotel. The service attitude is good. The design details of the hotel are very stylish. The surrounding environment is very good. I live on the 14th floor. The floor-to-ceiling windows are designed to allow you to see the beautiful sunset. There is a place for breakfast on the first floor, 15 dollars, which is not expensive. All in all, very satisfied.

The staff and management crew here are absolutely amazing. They keep the place looking great and they understand that people fall on hard times and don't put you down like most hotels. Hotel looks like picture is clean but could use a little updating when it comes to the bathroom. It meets the star rating . It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. But if you are in need for a decent place to stay I would recommend it. The front desk people are really nice and friendly. Especially Smita she is awesome. One thing that is needed on a daily basis is to have someone walk around and keep the grounds clean and maybe add a few more trash cans so that people won’t throw the trash on the ground. Some people are just lazy and no matter how many trash cans you have out the will still throw the trash on the ground. I have had to stay here for a few days due to the work I’m having done at my home and I have not had any problems. It has been quiet at night and yes I would recommend. Unlike some lower star hotels there are refrigerators and microwaves in each room and so far they have all worked. They just need to do some updating in the bathrooms and the work that needs to be done is minor, and maybe run the mop over all the floors a little better. Thank you Smita for being so kind. 🤩🤩🤩 . I rate it at a 2 1/2 —- 3 star hotel. Very close to a 3star.

What’s funny I didn’t stay at this Hotel in the dates of the 7 and 8 due to at this point I feared for my safety. I accidentally booked to earlier that day due to my job assignment had changed. But then they reassigned me to area so I rebook and was told I couldn’t cancel previously booking which I understand but since I had been a customer for week now I was still staying so I was confused of why the matter couldn’t be resolved better than it was through the Management telling me rules are rules and now I would of had to pay for 2wice for the same room because of Rules WOW okay. So now I can tell my friends AMD family don’t look or e spect Red-roof to be a Great Costumer Service experience. O I actually slept in my truck that night due to not knowing the outcome of this situation between me and the management at this red roof location. It so so sad due I Neva complained of the roaches and dirty bathrooms I had to reclean each time I stay there and the constant people knocking on the fire cause the drug dealers ruin the hotel in this area And even their on Redroof representatives couldn’t convince this location to work me that day But they will not have to worry about this Guy booking Red-roof AGAINS

Service & Facilities: The hotel looks new and clean. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. • Location: Very convenient with lots of restaurants and supermarkets around. • Room Amenities: The room is very spacious! It has plenty of power outlets (by the door, desk, and bedside). It also comes with a mini-fridge (chills only, no freezer), a microwave, an iron, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Very well-equipped! Suggestion for improvement: • The only downside was that the bedsheets, towels, and bath mat had some visible, permanent stains on them right when I arrived. I could tell they were freshly washed and clean, but the stains themselves seem unwashable. I suggest the hotel replace these stained linens to keep up the otherwise perfect presentation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and almost flawless. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is great. Staff at night are nice. If your not out of the room right at check out they will harass you and are very rude about it even if it's like 5 min after checkout.
