Hygienic: It looks very clean!
Service: The service is very good and the reception is warm. The breakfast is a bit rudimentary.
Hotel location is very good, you can walk to the beach. Be sure to go to the beach to watch the sunset in the evening, beautiful.
There is a restaurant near the hotel, you can eat if you are hungry.

GGrmoFor a resort that starts at ~$2,000/night this place falls very short in various areas. For an all inclusive resort there were very few dining options (it was either the sur house or the pool side bar). Most of the staff were really friendly but we did feel like the housekeeping staff weren’t too professional at times (once they opened the door to our room even when we told them to give us a few seconds to get to the door). Although the resort is in a beautiful location, I don’t know if I would consider this place luxurious.

1110134****We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. At check-in, we were initially assigned a ground-floor room. We inquired at the front desk about rooms on higher floors and, for an additional $40, upgraded to a room with a balcony, which offered a partial sunset view in the evenings. Unfortunately, our room was right next to an equipment room, which was a bit noisy. Breakfast was extremely basic, with limited appetizing options and hardly any staff members present. On the positive side, the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool, adding to its nice surroundings.

KKandeskiGreat location (close to 17 Mile Drive and other scenic spots), spacious, clean and cozy rooms, family-friendly inn with sufficient parking spaces.
Offering simple but nice complimentary breakfast.
Excellent guest service before, during and after the stay. A special thank you note to the day and night staff who patiently assisted with the FedEx delivery arrangement for delivery of a lost item to another city.
Would love to come back and stay again!

GGuest UserEnjoyed every night here. Complimentary adult beverage at the bar first night stay of the hotel was nice. But the best part was knowing 24 hr beach access right in front of our room was the best decision I ever made. Views were great. Not too far from down town. Definitely would recommend.

Wwh****The hotel is very clean. When I took a shower, I was surprised that the white shower curtain didn't have any stains. I booked an ordinary motel with low expectations, but the sanitary conditions far exceeded expectations. The refrigerator and microwave were fully equipped, and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast is packaged and taken away by yourself. Each bag contains milk, fruit, cheese, etc. You can take cereal and coffee as you like. In short, it is quite good to stay for one night while passing by. There is a gas station below the hotel, and there doesn't seem to be much noise. Maybe some truck drivers will stay here, but it's quite friendly.

YYUEThe biggest advantage is that the room is big and the bed is very comfortable, but the room facilities are like an old house in the 80s. Breakfast is only a simple breakfast such as coffee and yoghurt. Even the eggs are not likely to be expensive. Carmel is worth more than two hundred dollars.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spotless, as expected from Red Lion. A nice bonus was the complimentary coffee and bread, available for pickup in the lobby from 7 AM. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a gas station right next door and a Whole Foods Market directly across the street!
