AAnonymous UserThe front desk was a black lady with a blank expression and indifferent service. The room I requested was far from the elevator, but I was given a room next to the elevator. I was too lazy to go down to change the room, but the electronic curtains were still broken, so I had to go down to change the room. I was already very tired and really upset. This black lady at the front desk affected my impression of Hilton and San Francisco. It was really disgusting. The hotel facilities and hygiene were OK, and the breakfast was an American breakfast, which was OK.
NNatalieEverything was great until it came to check out, we had left a jacket behind there was a lady already cleaning our room and we tried getting it back but the front desk claims it’s not in the lost n found and the cleaning lady didn’t note it with our room number. So we know the cleaning lady stole it. Because she was in there when I had left it behind.
SSAITOThe hotel is just a short walk from the BART station. It's a great location for those who are worried about carrying luggage when using public transport. The bus stop is also very close. What I really appreciated was the free washing machine and dryer on the fourth floor, and even the free detergent! This was extremely helpful when I had a pile of laundry.
The Wi-Fi connection is a bit quirky, and unless you sign up, the front desk charges about $14 per day. I recommend signing up early and canceling the $14 at the front desk as soon as possible. Doing this at check-out takes a long time...
There were some issues, like being charged for parking even though my car wasn't there at check-in, and canceling my internet fee even though it wasn't canceled at check-out, but other than that, I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Parking is expensive, about $50 per day, so be prepared. It seems that parking is slightly cheaper if you inform the front desk and follow the hotel's instructions.
JjeonI didn't get it because I didn't have a hair dryer.
I'm taking a graduation photo, so I'm not in the ancient timesㅋㅋand
When I checked in at first, I made it nice and only two people, but if I stayed for two days in shampoo, I put only two insertions and asked for more shampoo towels. How many people are you? ~~ Then ㅋㅋ And the interior is not nap The smear of the dirty feeling felt in a neat place is full of smearㅠnot bad though The hair dryer was the king most
AAnonymous UserDoesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time
MmadsillyBreakfast is ok. No toothbrushes and slippers, no hotels in the United States. There is no heating and air conditioning, it will be very cold in December, I added a quilt. Downstairs security is OK, there is a restaurant, close to a commercial area by the sea, homeless people are much less than San Francisco. The train next to it will be very noisy and it is recommended to stay on the other side of the train. The room was large and there was a desk, but I didn't even have a chandelier above my head. I don't know why, the light is very dark.
MMINGIn Auckland, not far from Oracle Stadium, surrounded by graffiti.
🚗 Traffic: Convenient,
🍃 Environment: General, old facilities
🔔 Service: OK, breakfast is too simple. Suitable for passing by.
GGuest UserIdeal hotel for 1 night stay before flight. Near airport, big room with balcony and view. Room clean.
Near hotel bus stop for airport bus, easy to go to airport even at night.
What can be better - restaurant and bar closed, so if you need food or drink need to go far away.
