【服務】酒店入住感不錯，設施設備也很齊全，點的外賣都是機器人遞送到房問。服務員個個都很熱情，前台小姐姐服務周到還給我們指引了近路。晚上還熱情的詢問我們要不要吃夜宵和茶飲，可以送到房間，真的很貼心。早上退房前台美女送了兩瓶免費礦泉水。【衞生】酒店服務非常貼心用心，房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服，衞生間一次性用品都是消毒後獨立包裝，面積也很大，休息很安靜。總之，衞生無可挑剔真得很乾凈，我連攜帶的一次性床被都沒用上，服務隨叫隨到！退房還可以寄存行李，贊！【環境】環境分給到5分！裝修非常有品味，前台給我們安排的房問背靠小區，晚上十分安靜，給我們提供了一個很安靜的休息空間，房間的朝向很好，陽光充斥，中午的時候還可以曬曬太陽，感覺很治癒。夜景也無敵！在xX酒店，感受到了優質服務與舒適環境的完美結合，真心推薦給來xx的朋友們。【設施】在酒店的住宿體驗讓我印象深刻，服務周到。周邊配套設施齊全，購物、餐飲、娛樂一應俱全。房間內部設施很棒，包括空調、冰箱、洗衣機、熱水器等，還提供了智能投影清晰而且網速很快，有自帶的會員，很多電影都可以看。總之，這次入住體驗讓我感受到了家的温馨，酒店的各項設施和服務都很棒。

因為這次沙漠露營的體驗太好了！所以我要認認真真的寫一次評價！, #衞生, 房間老闆打掃得很乾凈。因為是沙漠營地，如果開房門有風，可能會進沙，房間裏面甚至有備好的直接很不錯的一次性床用品，睡前門一關，床品一鋪，乾乾淨淨！其實我覺得沙子真蠻乾淨的，帶了小朋友，他要吃東西之前讓他把手拍了拍，沙子能全抖掉，用濕巾再擦，擦完的濕巾還是乾乾淨淨的）, #服務, 服務就是為什麼這次沙漠露營體驗特別好最重要的原因！老闆實在是貼心，訂房頁面讓提前聯繫老闆，打了電話之後加了微信，發了附近停車場位置，從中衞打車到附近停車場，老闆會開車來接，直接送到你住的房間門口，還幫忙把行李搬進去。因為我們帶了小朋友，早晚要喝奶，老闆還多給了好幾瓶水。我們去玩沙漠項目也是老闆開車給我們送到項目地，幫我們講了在網絡攻略上對比下來真的蠻便宜的價格，請老闆幫忙拍照視頻記錄，老闆真的幫忙拍了很多。然後還等着我們玩完，再把我們送回房間。第2天走之前也是老闆幫忙叫的車，車到附近停車場了，老闆來房間門口叫我們，幫忙把行李箱搬到他的車上，再送去停車場。真是完完整整的服務完！, #房間景觀, 房間的窗户拉開就能看沙漠，門打開就能挖沙子，我可以躺床上看着娃在門口挖沙，真的是解放老母親的好選擇！, 其他:我們本來準備去沙坡頭，因為小朋友有點小，沙坡頭，可能項目玩不了，所以臨時決定來的這兒，結果所有項目小朋友都參與了！特別開心！除了付費項目（卡丁車、摩託車、沖浪車、騎駱駝）營地還有免費的滑沙板，隨便滑。有個天然小湖，有一艘透明船也可以自己劃，也很好玩，拍照還能很出片！, 真的是願意下次再來的地方！這回來是很涼爽的陰天，小朋友比較小，這樣的天氣剛剛好！下次小朋友大點了，我們再來看星空！, 最後祝老闆生意興隆！

I had a memorable stay at the camp which I had picked out specifically for two reasons - desert stay experience and astrophotography. On both counts, it exceeded my expectations. The camp staff were very friendly, regularly offering pickup and drop service to nearby locations. At my request, the camp manager, Ms Tian Hua, also arranged a day trip to the five lakes, with some dune bashing thrown in. At night, they had bonfire and fireworks too. The camp has a restaurant and a small convenience store for essentials. Would highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is perfect. We booked a family room (with private bathroom) in the Tengger Desert Desert Desert Camp. The room itself boasts a sand view, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and treated glass, so outsiders can't see inside. During the day, you can open the curtains to enjoy the breathtaking sandscape. The sand dunes in front of the hotel are stunning, making it convenient for watching both sunset and sunrise. It's quieter than the previous camps and has a better location. The room was also very clean, which is rare in the desert. However, the water quality in the room wasn't very good, perhaps due to the desert. The breakfast was filling but limited in variety. I recommend bringing 5L of water and some snacks. The owner's pick-up was prompt, and the SUV was nearby. Overall, the hotel was a great value.

環境各方面都挺好，22號入住的前台服務態度挺好，23號估計到班了，23號的店員服務態度真差，不耐煩的説常住客浴巾3天一換，哪個酒店浴巾三天一換，態度極其惡劣！誰欠她五百萬似的，本來還説同事一起過來住，就這態度、無語了
