GGuest UserIt is said to be the first five-star international brand hotel in Liyang area. The location is not good. It is between the city center and Tianmu Lake. However, Liyang is not big. If you drive by yourself, it only takes about ten minutes to go to the city center and Tianmu Lake. It is convenient. The hotel hardware is good, the parent-child room booked is very large, and the two 1.5-meter beds are very good. The front office service is very good. As soon as we entered the door, the lobby manager greeted us and asked us where we booked the room, and took us all the way to the front desk for check-in. But after two days, there are some shortcomings, but I can't complain. The first is the swimming pool, which was actually outsourced. There were many outsiders inside, and the whole locker room smelled bad. The surroundings of the swimming pool were also messy and disorderly, completely inconsistent with the positioning and level of the hotel itself, so I didn't dare to go into the water, and the children went back to the room after playing in the swimming pool for about ten minutes. Second, the service staff in the restaurant are all old aunts, and their attitude really needs to be improved. A guest was complained by the waiter because he didn't know that he didn't use a special spoon to serve purple rice. The two sides had a little bickering, which surprised me. In many hotels, this is the first time that a waiter complains to a customer face to face. In the end, I called the room service and asked for two garbage bags for children's toothbrush. After the applause, the child clamored to take a bath, but he couldn't resist him, so when the room attendant brought me the garbage bags, I was embarrassed and asked her if she could Give me another bath bag, and then she said with a face of reluctance that if you want something, you can agree to it once, and I am very tired from running back and forth. Well, it happened to me to complain about the customer face to face. To sum up, the hardware of the hotel is good. Except for the front office, the services of other departments really need to be greatly improved. The swimming pool is extremely not recommended, which will definitely lower the praise of the hotel

GGuest UserTraveling with pets, this hotel's pet-friendly policy is very popular with me. From the room environment to the service, there is nothing to say, and it is the consistent standard of Hantian. It is worth mentioning the outdoor environment. The resort is built on a mountain, with a large green space and complete supporting facilities. The Hong Kong-style open-air restaurant tastes great. I didn't have time to check in at the Chinese restaurant because I didn't see any set meals. It is recommended that the restaurant set up more set meals so that everyone can try each restaurant. The only bad thing about the stay experience is that the room sound insulation is average, but since you are staying in a pet-friendly hotel, it is normal to hear dogs barking, and I completely understand.

Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that ”all rooms are like this”. I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it...
🎙️Late-night horror moment:
I never expected to run into ”classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago”! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative!
🍉Welcome gift was a big failure:
I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓
💧The most confusing operation:
The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said ”refills are charged”? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️
🍳 Big disappointment in breakfast:
It is advertised as ”rich buffet”, but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!
