__WeChat425237****I rarely comment normally, but the experience of staying here was really very good this time, and I couldn't help but write a good review. The boss and his family are very nice and considerate. Our whole family is very satisfied. We didn't have such a good experience and comfort when staying in a five-star hotel, but the boss and his family provided better service than a five-star hotel. The breakfast was rich and tasted good. Their Ya fish was also very authentic, and the price-performance ratio was also very high. I strongly recommend this Panda Inn when visiting Ya'an Bifengxia. It was comfortable to play, eat at ease, and stay clean, sanitary and comfortable. The air environment was very good. Finally, I wish the boss and his family a prosperous business, a lot of money, and a happy family.

WWangxiaotingziThe room was spacious, practically accommodating four beds, making it a top choice for family trips. We stayed with our baby this time, and he absolutely loved the slide. It's also close to the zoo, with beautiful scenery.
The service was excellent. They told us our baby likes to run barefoot in the room, and they mopped the floor extra every day!
The only downside was the attic window didn't have curtains, but thankfully we brought our own. We suggested they add them.
The egg noodles for breakfast were light and delicious, and the boiled eggs were also very good; they must have come from their own chickens.
We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

GGuest UserThe room was well-equipped and the landlady was very welcoming. It was already very late on the day we arrived and we hadn't eaten yet. There was another table of guests at her house. I asked the boss to take us to the restaurant next door to eat. Thank you very much! Will continue to book next time I go to Baoxing! Post a few photos of the neighborhood.

GGuest UserI took advantage of the annual holiday to check out Bifeng Gorge, and the environment was really good.
Facilities: The central air-conditioning and floor heating of the newly opened B&B are very effective. Since we arrived late, the boss thoughtfully turned on the air-conditioning in advance. It was super warm as soon as we entered the room: the projection in the room was great, and the baby was very happy.
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy
Environment: There is nothing to say about the environment. The field of vision is wide and unobstructed, with a panoramic view of the sea of clouds.
Service: Must like! Very kind and warm!
My son is a familiar 🤭🤭, and he kept quarreling with the lady at the front desk. After visiting the zoo the next day, he had to go back to the hotel for dinner. The foodie father and son lived a happy life. The boss also provided free late check-out. I will definitely go there again if I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, only a 5-minute walk from the panda base and the canyon. There is a dedicated parking lot where you can park for free. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is delicious and convenient. The breakfast provided is also rich. The boss was very nice, patiently answered various questions about the scenic spot, and even took us to the zoo. The children like the hanging chair and panda elements in the room very much. They want to stay here forever and will come again if there is a chance.

The villa we booked is actually part of a 3 storey building.
From the pictures, it appears our booking has only 1 bathtub. In reality, there is a bath tub in a huge wash room, a living area, a tea drinking area in EACH of the 3 rooms in our villa. And there is a further living area, a kitchen, a washing machine and even an outdoor sauna outside the 3 rooms for communal gathering.
Tea Master Lee was very patient in bringing us to pick tea leaves each of the 2 days we were there. He taught us how to process yellow tea one day (which requires fermentation) and green tea on the second day. We could bring back the green tea on the spot, but as the yellow tea requires time, he would mail it to us. Tea Master Lee just won a competition when we went and we totally appreciated his expertise as well as his sharing of knowledge. He was very approachable and well versed in his art.
One note, we were really in the countryside and transport is not readily available such that we had to walk back one night in the dark to the hotel with cars zooming by us as we had a late dinner in the nearby town. And again, as we were in the countryside, places close early and we almost couldn't find a place for dinner as we ended our day late after hiking Mount Mengding. Distances are pretty great between places and didi is not widely used.
The kitchen staff and our housekeeping staff were totally warm and friendly. It might be good to provide washing detergent since washing machines are provided.

GGuest UserThe check-in experience is not good. I suggest you book a more expensive room, which should be better for ventilation. The most common king-size room has only a small window, air conditioning and heating, but no floor heating! ! No floor heating! ! ! The air conditioning makes the whole room very stuffy, and it is suffocating. Then there is a problem with the panel in our room. It has been turned off. I checked it and it showed off and the screen was black, but it was not turned off. I repeated it several times before turning it off.
The service is good, but the facilities are really bad!

GGuest UserThe facilities are a bit old, maybe no one lived there for three years, so they aged quickly. The environment is very good, with flowers and grass, and some entertainment facilities for children. It is recommended to live in buildings 5, 6, and 7, so that the car can be driven to the parking lot above without climbing the slope. It is great to turn on the air conditioner and electric blanket in advance👍. I forgot the power cord of the portable electric kettle I brought in the room, and the staff also helped to find it and express it back, thank you🙏. Breakfast is on the second floor of the visitor center. Although there are not many varieties, there are noodles and fruits. It is definitely the best breakfast in the whole Bifengxia. I will stay there next time. I hope to update the room facilities after recovery and waive the parking fee for guests. It is estimated that this is the only one in Bifengxia that has to pay parking fees to enter the scenic area. I don’t understand why!

GGuest UserThe inn is in a great location, with a great view from a high place. The boss and his wife are nice, kind and hardworking. They are busy all day long. They got up early in the morning to make dumplings for us, which was very touching. The boss's wife is over 50 years old and still looks pretty. She speaks softly and always has a smile on her face, which makes people like her. The food is delicious and the room is big. There is nothing wrong with it. Sincerely recommend.
