GGuest UserThe house and its location was great. Walking distance to major hubs which made it convenient to go to other cities. Our host Igor was a great personality. During our 6 nights of stay he was very responsive to all our needs.
All his suggestion of restaurants and places were top notch.
We look forward to revisiting B&B Marcello’s casa to complete our Sicily tour.

SSaumitra_25La Cot is an absolutely amazing place to stay in Catania. It’s cozy, homely, peaceful, and unique. Ninni is the most wonderful host, we were so happy to meet him and stay in his hospitality. We will definitely stay there again if we go to Catania!

BBubbletea FavorI spent a comfortable night in the CALCEDONIO REINA suite and it can be said to be very beautiful. The room is large, beautifully decorated and soundproofed. Great bed and endless space. The double hydrojacuzzi in the dedicated area is very beautiful with TV and air conditioning. A significant plus. Two separate bathroom partitions bring unique relaxation, huge bathroom with large shower. Suite includes breakfast.
Staff were friendly (although the desk is not open 24 hours, phone number is provided if need help). Hotel is located in the city center, opposite the beautiful garden. It is a perfect place to stay but there is no elevator that has to take the stairs, which is something to remember.

GGuest UserSince there is a little distance from the station and the long distance bus terminal, it is better to go to towelmina and Siracusa for a day trip near the station. There are many shops in the city and there are many shops where you can enjoy Sicilian cuisine and wine. The hotel itself is not a cozy, crisp city hotel like a guest house, but it will be enough to sleep. Everyone is very kind. I was very grateful for the printout of the boarding pass and the luggage storage.
It's a little far from the station and the long-distance bus terminal, so if you're planning a day trip to Taormina or Siracusa, it's better to stay near the station. There is a downtown area nearby, and there are many shops where you can enjoy Sicilian cuisine and wine. The hotel itself isn't a homey, crisp city hotel like a guesthouse, but it's good enough for a good night's sleep. Everyone is very kind. They were very helpful in printing out my boarding pass and keeping my luggage.

The accommodation is very central – what is curse and blessing at the same time. Although you are in the middle of the event, but unfortunately it is so noisy until late to the night that it was hard to think of relaxing sleep.
The single room was very simplely furnished. The closet was defect, the bed was wacky, and in the bathroom it smells permanently unpleasant to waste water – even if it was in principle clean.
The operator was friendly, but seemed rather restraint and not very engaged. Overall my stay was okay for one night, but for a longer stay I would not recommend the accommodation.

GGuest UserExcellent location, a step from the famous Etnea road, unfortunately the structure does not have hiss (but no matter how you go to the gym to step). The breakfast is at the minimum, but adjusted to the price, very friendly staff is very available. The price, given that we were on the first year, adjusted to the average, perhaps slightly higher.
