I will say, for a new hotel, they do need to work on their cleanliness as there was urine on the toilet seat and hair on the floor. Furthermore, this is a pain point for American hotel chains, but they should really work on having non-processed sugar stew, as well as non-meat and dairy-based breakfast options. A simple station of pre-cut fruits would go a long way, as well as having at least one plant-based milks. These are bare minimum options that non-US hotels always have."

"It's a very new Marriott. When we checked in, we were wondering why the rating was so low. But when we checked into the room, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything else was clean, but the quilts and pillows on the two beds were messy, as if someone had just crawled out of bed. When we left, we unfortunately forgot to unplug the charging plugs for our two mobile phones and iPhone. We called them that night and planned to pick them up after leaving the national park three days later. After registering online as they asked, we heard nothing from them. We called every day after leaving the park, but there was no response. Today, I passed by the airport and went to the hotel front desk to ask again. After waiting for 20 minutes, they said they couldn't find it. This service is really bad."
