Holiday Inn Express & Suites SUMNER - PUYALLUP AREA by IHG
"“Mixed bag”: a “functional” place to stay! If you have business (warehouses and distribution centers all around) or needing a one night stay in this area, this HIE is all you need. for longer than a day/night, the overall stay not as good. It’s not really close to anything in Seattle or Tacoma. The freeway that provides access to I-5 + I-5 itself can be a nightmare for slow traffic. One hour plus for us to get Pike Place, leaving at 7 am Monday. Tacoma is easier; typically 30 min. Hotel is clean, 95% friendly staff; the hotel gets dinged for noises outside (sounded like someone was faintly tapping our door all night) the occasional train coming by, and one morning of poor water pressure. Turn down service is middle of the road, not picking up everything then forgot us one day. Manager on duty quick to bring us comforter for cold night there. The Latina who typically runs the breakfast on the main level is fantastic! Sweet, always smiles; she keeps that area consistently super clean snd the food fresh! Kudos for the high tech Bunn coffee maker that grinds fresh beans for each cup."
Hotel Murano
"I stayed here solo. If you have even a little experience living in the United States, you shouldn't have any trouble using the bathroom or bedside lamps. Since American rooms are designed without a dedicated light, you have to turn on a lamp at night to brighten the room. Since the light isn't white, many people might find it dim. The only amenities provided were hand soap and a hot drink set; there was no bottled water. There were no bathrobes (they were available in suites). Cleaning is generally provided if you leave before the cleaning time, but if you don't want your towels replaced or left at your door, it will probably be difficult unless you ask. Due to the current cost of living and the exchange rate, I think the service is a bit high for the price, and you can't expect the same level of service as in a luxury hotel, but it was fine for the stay."
Emerald Queen Hotel & Casino
"It was not what I was expecting, kinda disappointing"
FairBridge Inn & Suites DuPont

Holiday Inn Express & Suites TACOMA SOUTH - LAKEWOOD by IHG
"Very good stay, breakfast, and location. Stayed here before"
Tacoma Port Inn Fife I-5
Homewood Suites by Hilton Puyallup Tacoma
"enjoyed the two nights spent here and enjoyed speaking to the staff. Spent $170/night. I will say, for a new hotel, they do need to work on their cleanliness as there was urine on the toilet seat and hair on the floor. Furthermore, this is a pain point for American hotel chains, but they should really work on having non-processed sugar stew, as well as non-meat and dairy-based breakfast options. A simple station of pre-cut fruits would go a long way, as well as having at least one plant-based milks. These are bare minimum options that non-US hotels always have."

Motel 6 Tacoma, WA - South
"The pool was covered and not available when it was in the 80's! The door had a large gap and you could see outside! There were several people hanging outside the hotel talking loud until after midnight. There were also several vehicles revving their motors all during the night. Won't stay here again!"
Marriott Tacoma Downtown
"It's a very new Marriott. When we checked in, we were wondering why the rating was so low. But when we checked into the room, we were pleasantly surprised. Everything else was clean, but the quilts and pillows on the two beds were messy, as if someone had just crawled out of bed. When we left, we unfortunately forgot to unplug the charging plugs for our two mobile phones and iPhone. We called them that night and planned to pick them up after leaving the national park three days later. After registering online as they asked, we heard nothing from them. We called every day after leaving the park, but there was no response. Today, I passed by the airport and went to the hotel front desk to ask again. After waiting for 20 minutes, they said they couldn't find it. This service is really bad."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tacoma - Seattle
"This place stole money let gang.members in the parking lot do whatever they wanted I EVEN GIT CUSSED AT BY SRAFF"

"Traveling to Seattle, because I want to go to the snowy mountains, Olympic Park, downtown, I specially chose hotels near the highway, breakfast is also rich, and I have harvests every day."
Best Western Plus Tacoma Hotel
"The breakfast was great and very tasty. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and easy access to dining and shopping nearby. The room was quiet and clean, the Wi-Fi was smooth, and the staff were friendly. It was a fantastic stay."
Days Inn by Wyndham Lakewood South Tacoma
"Breakfast was not good, room soundproofing was poor"
Holiday Inn Express & Suites TACOMA by IHG
"Location is convenient for South Tacoma. Public areas and rooms clean. Not that it is a located in commercial urban area with theft, I saw a van window was broke in to and tools were stolen. If you stay anywhere, park away from the fence in well lighted area and do not leave any valuable in your vehicles. ***** and theft are problem all over many states, so must protect yourself."
Holiday Inn TACOMA MALL by IHG
"Quite good, with a spacious parking lot that was very convenient for me to get around. The service and in-room facilities were relatively stable."
Paradise Village
"We planned this trip as a surprise for my boyfriend’s daughter who loves the snow. She was so excited and we all loved the room. The kettle in the room made it very convenient for the instant noodles we packed. Mini fridge to hold our groceries and we brought and air fryer to make other hot food."
Candlewood Suites TACOMA MALL by IHG
Western Inn Lakewood
"This hotel was the worst we stayed at during this trip, bar none. There was no Wi-Fi signal at all throughout the day. We asked the front desk multiple times, and they kept blaming it on a network company malfunction, which they never resolved. Also, a strange man repeatedly knocked on the door late at night, which made us feel unsafe."
Courtyard Tacoma Downtown
"The room's air conditioning was too loud, almost like being on an airplane. There were no slippers, so you can bring your own. The toiletries weren't very complete either, and the facilities were a bit old. It wasn't good value for money."
Americas Best Value Inn Seattle Tacoma Near Jblm Base
Home2 Suites by Hilton DuPont
"We loved how big our room was. There were some random hairs here and there looked like a dog had previously stayed in the room. We were going to an event near by and decided to get a hotel so our kids could swim. The pool was freezing cold! Front desk said it’s “supposed” to be heated so that was a big bummer being it was the main reason we got a hotel. Breakfast was really not great. Stale bread and the sausage was gross."
Alexander's Lodge
"Check-in and check-out are all self-service, which is very convenient. Breakfast needs to be booked online. It was written that it would be delivered after 7:30 but it was actually delivered very early. It was great! The only drawback is that the hotel was built a long time ago and the facilities are relatively old."
