"HILTON, at one time, signified reliable excellence. The reputation was a significant factor in my choosing Hilton. My, how the mighty have fallen. There was no one to help with my luggage. The front desk staff were, hmmm, let me think of a polite word for BITCHES. Nevert mind, that's what they were. The room was not as pictured. The room itself was decent enough for a discount long term stay but not for those looking for more than just decent. However, the little omelettes were good, the potatoes well prepared, and the yoghurt (if you overlooked the way it is dispensed) was more than adequitely supplied with condiments. "

"This place is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. The serve was EXCELLENT and the room was BEAUTIFUL,clean and well managed. I had a problem with tv for a minute or so and someone was at my door to fix it in no time. ( Btw..it was me using the controller, not really the tv.) Lol But, from the lobby to the room was beyond my expectations. And, can't beat the price. I would recommend this place to my own Grandparents or parents. Thank you Red Roof."

"Just not up to Hampton Inn standard The one working elevator, the crunchy towels that felt like bath mats, the 7 unattended small kids left in the hall, the non existence water pressure. Waking up to a small kid screaming at 630 am and then running up and down the halls until we left at 9am was enough to decided I'd rather stay at a motel 6 than at another Hampton at least I'll only be paying under $50 for the night to deal with all that mess rather than $150 plus a night plus parking"

"Every member of staff that we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful. I was overjoyed that the pool was open despite it being February. I'm from WI so I didn't mind that outdoor pools in AZ tend to not be heated... it was invigorating on that 85 degree midday. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The breakfast was the normal simple fair for smaller hotels, and was appreciated for what it was. I would definitely stay again. For the price they charge this hotel goes well above my expectations!"

"The doors slam too loudly and we were constantly being woken by other travelers. The shower temperature was not controllable. Hidden cost related to parking. Breakfast was only a buffet which was very disappointing. I expected more at a Hilton."
