"We had such a lovely time. I’d definitely go back! My daughter was over the moon at their waterpark, and celebrating her birthday there made it extra special. The staff were wonderful, the service was great, and everything about our stay felt smooth and easy. The weather was perfect, and to top it off, when our original room wasn’t available due to maintenance, they surprised us with a free upgrade. It truly made the whole experience even better."

"My boyfriend and I, Koreans, stayed here for two nights! When we first arrived at the lobby and checked in, they helped us with our luggage, offered welcome drinks, and mentioned a 3,000 peso deposit. It's an old building, so it's a bit dated, but it's a beautiful hotel with an antique and tranquil atmosphere. The location might be difficult to reach on foot if you don't use a Grab taxi. However, because it's a bit secluded, it's great for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The private beach and pool were conveniently close, and there were several paid activities available at the sea. I booked a boating tour, and from morning to afternoon (you can buy a packed lunch from the hotel or choose a service that includes a meal), we went by boat to snorkeling spots to swim and play. The downsides were that the room lacked bathrobes, room slippers, and body wash. The air conditioner was old, so it was noisy, and there was an unavoidable musty smell. Also, Grab delivery wasn't available, so we had to eat food we bought from convenience stores! The advantages are the hotel's private and quiet location, plus the excellent staff service. There were only two designated smoking areas, which created a clean environment without indiscriminate smoking, which I appreciated. They provided beach towels when using the pool, which was very helpful. While the hotel breakfast wasn't as varied as I expected, it was enough to start the day feeling full. It wasn't luxurious, but it had all the basics: noodles, bread, fruit, meat, soup, etc. The kimchi was a bit shocking – it was cabbage mixed with gochujang, which was truly surprising. Facilities include a gym, an internal bar, and more. Even though the room condition wasn't perfectly ideal, it was a hotel where the facilities were worth using, taking that into account."

"We returned after a year for my daughter's birthday celebration! 🎂 The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. 🤗 My daughter was thrilled when some staff members even remembered us, and she immediately said, 'I want to stay at this hotel again!' 🥳 The Allegro restaurant had been renovated and looked beautiful ✨. However, I was disappointed that the variety and grandeur of the dishes were not as good as before. 😢 (On our last day, we received a letter saying it would reopen on July 23rd… I hope it returns to its previous luxurious state.) My daughter was looking forward to eating puto bumbong, but it wasn't available this time, which brought her to tears. 😭 Our room was always kept impeccably clean, making our stay very comfortable. I absolutely love the sunrise and ocean views from this room. Sitting on the balcony provides such a healing and relaxing time. 🤗 However, this particular room doesn't have a bathtub 🛁. It's always a tough decision when choosing a room: should I prioritize the amazing view or a room with a bathtub? 😩 There are three pools on the property, which are a lot of fun! 😊 The fresh juice by the poolside was absolutely delicious. It's great that a Jollibee has opened within walking distance of the hotel! 😊 Tumalog Falls was also wonderful! This was my first time visiting a shooting range as well! We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. 🥰 We definitely want to visit again!"

"I love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect. They’re not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball. Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from. There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite. Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby. They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room. I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didn’t mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who don’t want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it."

"We are a local mssionary couple who lives locally. We came here to rest and recharge after many weeks of hard work. I am a full-time college student, so part of the reason for our stay was to catch up on work. This was PERFECT for us. My wife and I both relaxed in the infinity pool and enjoyed the quite. The hotel was not busy and it was so quiet, perfect for relaxing and doing homework at the pool or in the cafe. The only downside for us was the wifi reception. While we recognize this is the philippines and service can be touchy the wifi often have trouble reaching our room… The staff was quick to attempt to help us and reset the wifi which helped but sometimes we would just have no wifi for a time. I give them 5 stars for how attentive they are. Pool- 5/5 Beach-2/5 (good for snorkling in the day. But no sand to relax on.) Food- 4/5 (some food was great others not so much, not to pricey for tourist spot). Service- 5/5 Very kind and helpful staff. Room 3/5- I expected a nicer room for the pictures and look of the place but not terrible. Also had to walk far from pool to room but could request a shuttle at reception desk. Price 4/5- $92 for two nights on trip.com C"

"The room is spacious and very comfortable. However, there were quite a few ants in the toilet. This is understandable since the resort is close to nature. The staff also responded promptly and sprayed to manage the ants. The pool is wonderful and we had a great time relaxing and chilling. The food and beverages are superb. They offer both Filipino and American style breakfasts and both were delicious with generous portions. Eating while enjoying the pool view from the restaurant was breathtaking!! They also provide tours with excellent coordination and reasonable prices. We had a great time on the Oslob whale watching and the Moalboal island hopping. I would recommend staying at this resort if you’re planning to visit Badian."

"The room is great and AC is working well. We booked an ocean view, however, the view was blocked with I dont know what it was called but we love our room and most of the time, we just stayed inside. Food: They have a no outside food and drinks policy (which is common for almost all resorts), however, the food menus are too pricey or am I that poor?🤔 We ended up going outside the resort for dinner. Good thing the breakfast is on a buffet set up, they said it depends on the number of guest who booked during that time.  Overall, our stay is great and for people who dont want loud noises and would only like a peaceful staycation, this is one of the place to choose. I would also like to commend the students from UC who are very helpful and did their training well."

"We spent a lovely family holiday at Solea Seaview Resort during the Chinese New Year break and had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. Our room was a good size, in reasonable condition, with clean bed linen and towels. The balcony offered a beautiful sea view, which we truly appreciated every day. Breakfast was also very nice, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The absolute highlight for us was the number of swimming pools and the fantastic aquapark — free of charge for guests — plus a trampoline area for a small additional fee. The children absolutely loved it! The hotel also encourages guests to leave reviews, and as a lovely compliment, my son received free access to the children’s playroom — such a thoughtful touch. The beach is not the most Instagrammable, but the sea was perfectly fine for swimming practice. One small downside was that the gym operates only from 8am to 8pm, so late-night training isn’t possible if that’s your preference. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 — good value for money and a great option for a family holiday."
