"Service: I came to Jincheng for tourism this time, and since I usually stay at InterContinental hotels, I chose to stay at an InterContinental again this time. I noticed there are two InterContinental hotels in Jincheng: one is voco, which is far from the city center, and the other is a Holiday Inn Express. I chose the newly opened Holiday Inn Express because it was closer to me, and it was surprisingly excellent. Before I checked in, the receptionist called me very kindly to prepare my room in advance and asked what time I would arrive. She also mentioned parking and how to find the parking lot, anticipating all the problems I might encounter. This is something I haven't experienced in many hotels I've stayed in. The service was truly outstanding. Even during check-in, the receptionist maintained a warm and smiling demeanor throughout. The staff were very welcoming. During check-in, they poured me a cup of hot tea and told me about breakfast times and peak hours to help me avoid peak times for a better experience. They also explained the Wi-Fi connection and other details. Haha, the most important things about a good hotel are service and cleanliness, and this hotel excelled in both. A truly good hotel is one that you'll remember fondly after you leave. The next day at breakfast, someone introduced the dishes, and the breakfast selection was very plentiful, meeting the standards of a premium hotel. During check-out, the staff even asked if I had encountered any problems or had any complaints during my stay – their attentiveness was truly remarkable. It's a pity I had to leave and couldn't stay longer, but I'll definitely stay longer next time I have the chance! Speaking of Jincheng, it's a very nice city. The high-speed rail station is a bit far from the city center, but the city's greenery is quite nice. Jincheng, Shanxi, also has a rich cultural heritage. The recent ”Black Myth: Monkey King” series also piqued my interest! It takes about half an hour to get from Jincheng High-Speed Railway Station to the city center. There are many good restaurants in the city. This time, I ate at Dehuaxing, a local restaurant recommended by the receptionist, and it was quite good! Parking is available from basement level one to basement level three, and there are signs leading directly to the lobby for check-in! The service was, in my opinion, among the best I've ever experienced in hotels. 👍"
