Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again."

"The view is excellent, overlooking the bay between Baimajing and Island No. 2. You can walk to the beach opposite. There are many restaurants downstairs, including a self-service hot pot for 28 yuan, a Lawson convenience store that can meet most needs, and two large supermarkets nearby. The swimming pool is the one in the residential area opposite. Its shape is similar to the one in the main picture, but it's not surrounded by sand; it's an outdoor swimming pool in the residential area. The water looked very clean, but it was a bit cold those days, so we didn't use it. There are free buses on the island, and the bus stop is a few minutes' walk away. The internet is stable. If you don't need to cook, staying for a few days is a great option."

"Stayed two nights at the Hilton Hainan Ocean Flower Island. While the island itself felt a bit quiet, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out to Elaine, who, right from check-in, enthusiastically gave us an overview of the island and even gifted us complimentary breakfast for our child. She was also very proactive in leading us to the water park. Although we didn't have much time to play due to afternoon plans, our little one was absolutely thrilled! P.S. "We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them."
