"Travelled with Eastons Coaches to this wonderful hotel. I have nothing but praise for all the staff. The ladies in reception who made sure my wife's medication was put in their 'fridge overnight, to the waiting staff who worked so hard, especially Maric who was so efficient. The food was superb. We were very surprised to find tablecloths and linen napkins and a hand towel each instead of having to share one, we do no find this at another large hotel chain we visit. Very pleased with the free tea and cake every afternoon in the lounge, thank you. Or room was very pleasant, 302, overlooking the sea and beach, also very clean, as was the hotel. All in all a wonderful few days, will dream of going back. No, I have no connection with the hotel, this review is honest."

"Can't comment on rooms.however went in for coffee and cake ,we were greeted by the most miserable lady behind the counter,everything seemed to much trouble,no please or thank you,I think she was the supervisor if so needs to retrain and understand the term deliver good customer service as this is something that was severely lacking...."

"Had the best stay! Jon and Justine were so friendly and accommodating, which was lovely especially when travelling alone! Food in the morning was great, with loads on offer! I was full all day! And the location was perfect, on the island train line, close to the beach, high street and many other towns!"

"A really perfect stay at Chaston Manor. The owner Callum was so lovely, super helpful and made you feel so welcome. Our family suite was huge and had everything you needed, great for us with a pair of teenagers as they had enough space to themselves. The hotel is a short walk from the sea in a nice, quiet location which was perfect for us. Breakfasts were amazing, everything you wanted from a fruit salad to a massive and delicious fry up! We loved it all and will return as soon as we can. Thanks so much Callum & team"

We travelled from Birmingham with a baby under 2 and the host was absolutely brilliant — greeted us personally and kindly allowed an early check-in which made such a difference with a little one. The apartment is spotless, well equipped and perfectly located — just a short walk from Sandown Beach. Will definitely be back! Highly recommended! 🏝️"

"Where to start. Well its cheap for a reason. Rooms dirty. Shower disgusting had to wash it out before we used it. One thin pillow like sleeping on a wafer.two sharing and had to shuffle past each other just to get round the room. . Rooms damp. Very small heater in the room just to make it feel dryer. Spoke to a few guests and they said the same. Decor very dated and in need of updating. Breakfast very poor. Undercooked. How people rate this hotel as good are very easily pleased. I have stayed in some bad ones and this is definitely up there with them. Had a kettle in the room. No cups or drinks facilities Hair dryer in the room but the mirror was at the other end of the room. Fortunately I don’t need to use one."
