"To be honest, I was a little upset staying in this hotel. It should have been a perfect trip, but I was not able to get a Didi or taxi in the downtown area of Shaoshan. The hotel is 3 kilometers away from Shaoshan South Station. There is no car to take after leaving the train station. All are illegal taxis, and they charge exorbitant prices. With heavy luggage, I can only let others take advantage of me. The hotel facilities are average for nearly 400 yuan. After checking, it may be one of the best hotels in Shaoshan. It would be better if they could provide pick-up and drop-off service, even if it costs a little more. The hotel breakfast is average, not good, but enough to fill you up. The front desk lady has a good attitude."

The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed and has a cozy courtyard and clean rooms. From the second floor, you can even see the surrounding fish ponds and small bridges. The proprietress is very welcoming; she'll add you on WeChat a day in advance and arrange for a free pick-up from the high-speed rail station. She's also keen to help you plan your itinerary. A special mention goes to the delicious food cooked at the guesthouse. It's flavorful and hygienic, especially the stir-fried shredded potatoes and the 'farmer's three fresh' dish. If you don't feel like going out, you can easily enjoy all three meals right at the guesthouse."

You can boil water at the tea machine in the corridor. The door handle of the bathroom shower room is broken. There were black spots inside the quilt. Because it was raining, we turned on the air conditioner to remove the moisture. We asked the staff to change the quilt and they said it was dust blown down by us turning on the air conditioner. Fortunately, it was replaced later."

"Bad review, bad review, bad review. We checked in at around 7 o'clock. The room was on the eighth floor. The smell was super strong. After telling the front desk, we sprayed air freshener. The first time we asked to change rooms, the front desk said the room was full. When we returned to the room around 8:30, the smell was gone. The room was too noisy. The second time I asked to change the room, the front desk still said it was not available. The front desk explained that there would be a little noise because there was an air conditioner on the roof, and ear plugs were provided, but they were of no use at all. Because the noise was too loud, the family members couldn't sleep and left the room at 12 o'clock. They also saw customers checking into this type of room. I originally wanted to have a good sleep when traveling, but the result was so disappointing. This is not the first time I have stayed in Vienna. It is indeed the first time I have encountered such a bad experience. I am not satisfied at all and don’t want to give it a cent."
