The hotel is close to the ancient city, so we could easily walk to immerse ourselves in Huizhou culture. There were plenty of dining options nearby, making meals super convenient. The room was clean and safe, no hygiene worries at all. The bedding was soft, and there was enough space for the kids to move around. The staff were especially friendly towards children, and there was dedicated staff to look after parking, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Both the cleanliness and location were impeccable."

She speaks great English which is a rare luxury in these parts, and gives great recommendations! I was here filming for social media and she even set up a meeting for me with tourism board officials, really going out of her way. They also offered me a lunch for free and upgraded my room when I spoke Chinese 😜. The room itself is simple but comfy, and I absolutely adored the rooftop and lobby decorations! If you travel for the people (and kittiea!) over the attractions, this is a must visit!"

"We booked two rooms, one Yunwu and one Yingshan. The rooms were big and clean. Yingshan is not suitable for elderly people with mobility problems because there are steps to enter and exit the bathroom. The bedding was very comfortable. The food at Anruo Restaurant is delicious, and the stinky mandarin fish/meatball bean curd soup is highly recommended. The transportation location is also very good, right next to the ancient city. The Huizhou History Museum is just a few steps away. There aren't many collections, so you can calm down and take your time to look at them. It is about ten kilometers to the Flower Maiyu Village. If you need to get up early and call a taxi, it is recommended to make an appointment one day in advance. We set off at around 6:30 and it took 15 minutes for the taxi to accept the order."
