"Overall, this hotel is decent. However, I was charged twice for parking. It's best to pay at the front desk in advance, otherwise, they might charge you double. I checked in at 11 PM on the first night and left at 9 AM the next day. Seriously, is this parking lot insane?"

"The room was of a good size and well equipped. I found the lack of personnel and the method of managing that to not always be the best. I was unable to download the App but managed to log in and get my room key another way. Coffee ordered prior to stay was not there and the assumption by staff (who had left it on the door handle) was that it had been stolen. It was replaced quite quickly but again left on the door handle despite them knowing I was in!!!! I tried to use the microwave to discover that there was a fault. I reported this and discovered that they already knew, it remained unrepaired at the end of my 3 WEEK STAY. I was unable to manage the air conditioning despite following the instructions but accept that this could have been user error, but again this could have been resolved if staff were around to assist, I didn't bother to report because of the issues with the microwave."

"When we arrived, we found a beautiful property with free parking. Two smiling and helpful staff at the entrance. The room wasn't huge but was functional. Breakfast was simply fantastic, with everything from sweet to savory, including drinks, yogurt, fruit, salmon, and eggs. To get to Oslo, the bus terminal is just a minute away. It takes about 30 minutes and drops you off right in the city center. Property rating: 7 Room rating: 7 Breakfast: 10 Location: 9 I recommend it because it's truly excellent."
