Excellent location only a few steps away from one of the famous Lloret de Mar beaches. Close to shopping street and the main districts of the city.

Compared with other hotels in the same place, this one is great! The only thing that is less pleasant is that when you lying in the balcony there is unpleasant smell of toilet somewhere. Maybe it’s close to the drainage.

Overall it was a good stay. Good location of the hotel, the beach and the city center are not far away, you can do almost everything on foot for the more sporty like me. Food not bad but not much choice. The services offered such as the spa and swimming pool are great for taking a break from a day full of sightseeing. Room very good except small downside the very dusty floor I could not be comfortable and barefoot in my room. Otherwise thank you for the welcome of the hostesses, very kind cleaning lady!

First the positives, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The outdoor spaces were beautiful. We didn't keep the air conditioning on because the system was old-fashioned, the machine made a really loud noise and the blowing was quite strong. However, the biggest minus was that the gym's age limit was 18. I would recommend setting it to, for example, 14 because young people are keen exercisers. Likewise, the spa was a disappointment because the children couldn't get there. It was also a surprise that the hardest sunbathing spot was forbidden to children. If you don't want families with children in your hotel, it would be good to let them know.

Très belle hôtel service au top manque juste un peut plus de choix au niveau boisson sans alcole j'aurai aimer qui est du jus de tomate par exemple des glaces aussi mais le personnel est agréable et très serviable. A la reseception aussi. Je recommande pour un séjour bien-être spa sauna jacuzzi.

Pro: Excelente ubicación ya que conecta perfectamente con la playa de Fenals, restaurantes cercanos, tiendas y un market de Carrefour 😎 Contra: No había variedad en el Desayuno, mi estancia por 4 días. La última noche no la pasé muy bien, ya que se escucha todas las conversaciones de los inquilinos de los lados, que salían a la terraza; debería haber un control sobre eso.
