"El ascensor no llegaba hasta la planta en la que teníamos la habitación. Íbamos con maletas tras un viaje de 1100 km y habríamos agradecido no tener que cargarlas otra planta por una escalerita super estrecha. Pagamos el suplemento de la habitación para nuestra mascota, pero en la habitación no había ni recipiente para darle agua. Nos pareció poco atento y es la primera vez que nos pasa. No lo entendimos. La habitación era pequeña, pero cuando reservamos via online, apareció un aviso de que era la última, por lo que ”nos tocó”. Al abrir la puerta, había objetos y suciedad en el suelo: supusimos que eran de los huéspedes anteriores (el suelo no se había limpiado o se había hecho a toda prisa y sin revisar) Simplemente, no hay nada crítico ni importante, pero no tuvimos la sensación del servicio esperado a cambio de 200€ por una noche. El personal de recepción fue muy atento, pero estaban desbordados, por culpa del maratón supongo."
