GGuest UserRoom service was subpar, and the cleaning wasn't thorough. My bedding wasn't changed daily, and slippers weren't provided. Also, some toiletries were missing. The food selection was vast and varied, but honestly, it wasn't very tasty. On my last day, I actually got food poisoning, and I only ate and drank at the hotel. For the price and a 5-star rating, this hotel definitely doesn't deliver.

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

GGuest UserRest in this hotel for the third time, everything is wonderful, separately I want to highlight adult animators Dmitry and Alina, guys you are super. Children animators all wonderful 👍🏻There are questions, very all fat, for health it is certainly such for yourself. All the rest is wonderful, the new aquapark is good done, the new children's game 👍🏻

GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Limak Atlantis in Belek and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel! The entire complex is very well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful everywhere and at all times. We would especially like to highlight the varied and high-quality food – there really is something for every taste. We also really enjoyed the pool area and the direct access to the beach. Overall, we had a relaxing and restful time and would definitely return!

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. However, during peak dining hours, the restaurant could become quite crowded and a bit chaotic. While the food options were good, there’s room for improvement in terms of variety over a longer stay.

GGuest UserWe stayed with 3 families for the weekend of February 15-16 and February 22-23. We made a reservation for the following weekend when we were pleased with the attention of the children's area and Kids Club staff. The food is delicious and clean, the staff is respectful, smiling and seems happy. We stayed in the summer 3-4 years ago, at that time, it was served in bottles and there were packaged chips, ice cream etc. These were not available during our holidays due to the winter season, but we were still satisfied in terms of price performance. Thanks again to the entire Kids Club and Entertainment team

AALEKSEIОчень понравился отель Megasaray Club Belek. Обслуживание на высшем уровне везде - на ресепшн, в ресторанах и кафе, уборка. Отличная локация и состояние объектов отеля. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, огромный выбор, также понравился кафетерий - и сладости и качество кофе. Отдельная благодарность сотруднику Мирзе за поздравления моей маме на ее день рождения.

The hotel is in a very good location close to belek Town centre £10 to get there in taxi and same back or 30 minutes walk , the food was fresh and lots of choices
The staff all was lovely at all times
Clean and cormftable rooms
The entertainment was excellent highly recommended to family's or couples or singles it had something for everyone
