"This is my second visit in May, the first was for a Rock and roll week at the beginning, out of season, and now the last week, in holiday season with my family .I have never felt strong enough about anywhere before to write a review but this hotel is wonderful. The staff from top management to the cleaners are the happiest I've ever met, smiles everywhere you go. The rooms are kept wonderfully clean as is the rest of the resort. Dinning was a pleasure, a very large and varied menu, something different every mealtime, again the waiting staff were wonderful every mealtime. I do not swim or sunbathe but love gardens. I enjoyed walking around the resort gardens or sitting relaxing in them. I loved watching the evening entertainment, before the show all the children on stage dancing was great to see, well done for giving them the thrill of being on stage. As it got dark each evening I loved watchrthe bats coming out to play, amazing. My friends and then family and I have had wonderful times, well done and thank you."

"Hello. We received very bad service. The food was pretty bad and there was a serious lack of staff. There is insufficient staff. Same food came out for 3 days. At the same time, there was a serious queue to buy food. We couldn't have dinner on Saturday. Only the drinks were very very good. The location of the hotel is nice. But I would never, ever recommend it. We stayed in all Rixos hotels. But I will never stay at this hotel again. So we spent money for this hotel for 2 days for nothing. I will report this complaint everywhere."

"This is my third time at the hotel. I like a lot. The rooms are large, and there's always a seat on the beach and by the pools, no matter what time you arrive. The restaurant also always has tables both indoors and outdoors. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The layout is well-designed—no crowds anywhere. The café-pastry shop is excellent. Cons: poor housekeeping and the food has become poor. It can't be compared to previous years. The selection has been significantly reduced, and many dishes are now unappetizing. Sometimes they undercook, sometimes overcook, or overcook. You definitely won't go hungry, but it's just not very welcoming."
