They have a kids' club, a playground, and a mini disco every day for children, plus daily evening shows for adults. I especially liked the restaurant: it had a beautiful view, friendly staff, and tasty food. My overall impression was unfortunately soured at the end by two very rude women at the reception. One is named Anna, and I can't recall the other's name, but she had short, red hair. However, Olcay was a very pleasant and helpful employee."

Understanding the situation, we expected some empathy and flexibility from the hotel management. Instead, we faced a cold refusal to issue a refund for our stay despite our predicament. This lack of compassion and understanding during a stressful time was incredibly disheartening. I would not recommend this unpleasant hotel anyone looking for hospitality and understanding during tough situations. It’s disappointing to see a business prioritize profit over customer care. Save your money and choose a hotel that values its guests!"

"I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!"

The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again."
