"My only complaint is that we are a family of 4 and a 3-person room was allocated to us. We had a hard time there as a family because the bed was narrow. The rest was very good and nice."

"This was our first time at this hotel. We arrived just in time for the first show of the season, which was absolutely fantastic! I only wished there were more daytime activities, but I'm sure that will pick up once the season officially starts. The grounds are compact but well-zoned. It's a quick 5-minute bus ride to the beach. What pleasantly surprised me was the exceptional level of guest service. Upon arrival, there were no queues or waiting at the reception desk. They promptly asked for our passports for check-in and offered us champagne in the guest lounge. Within 5 minutes, after getting our wristbands, we were able to head straight to our room. The staff were all very friendly."

"Третий раз в отеле. Многое нравится. Большие номера, на пляже и у бассейнов нет проблем с местами в какое бы время не пришли.  В ресторане так де всегда есть столы и в помещении и на улице. Зеленая красивая территория. Правильное зонирование- нигде нет толп.  Прекрасное кафе-кондитерская. Из минусов: плохая уборка и стало плохо с питанием. Не сравнить с предыдущими годами. И ассортимент существенно сокращен и стали многое готовить невкусно. То недопекут, то пережарят или пересушат.   Голодным точно не будешь, но как-то не душевно."

"The hotel is physically a bit old, and the sound insulation between rooms is poor. The room lighting is insufficient. The food is good and varied. The pools are clean. The drinks were decent. The animation team is attentive. The staff is very helpful and friendly. What we liked most about the hotel was that the staff tried to find solutions to our requests. It's definitely a hotel I can recommend and will return to."

"Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!"

"Great resort and had all the facilities you need. Only issue is it’s far away from tourist attractions. However the hotel facilities are that good you don’t need to leave the hotel. Will visit again next year."

"A large, rather old hotel. There are slides, several bars, restaurants, etc. The beach is sand, with a few small stones, not annoying at all. The food is generally good, a large selection, you definitely won't go hungry. Amphitheater, baby club. Cons: - the hotel needs renovation - very poor cleaning: we have repeatedly seen how the cleaning lady pours the remains of unfinished bottles of water on a floor rag and ”washes” the floor that way. Everything is covered in dust, the rooms are poorly cleaned and not every day. If you invest money in the hotel, tidy it up and improve the cleaning, it will be a very decent option in a good location. Overall, I liked the vacation, I like large hotels with a lot of space."

"Booked a hotel for 4 days while in Istanbul. Upon arrival at 6 pm, with a huge smile, I was given a room on the 1st floor with a wildly humming oversized air conditioner at the level of the balcony. Just a nightmare. With my polite refusal, they showed me another room, in another place, also on the 1st floor. Also without a view, which I personally do not need. But what a musty, vile smell it was in it .. Again, he refused. The third room was both smelly and with the same air conditioning, 2 in 1. The reception is trying to explain that the hotel is completely full, it's a real overbooking. I'm angry. I had to spend the night in a room at least without noise, writing to Trip.com. The next day I received a more or less acceptable room, albeit without a view, thanks to the support. Hotel food 4+. You won't leave hungry, but the choice is not like the cool five. The waiters are polite, some of the countries of the former CIS, mostly friendly. They also make guzleme in the morning, in the evening they roast meat on the street, well, nothing like that. The pools are ok, the sunbeds by the pool and on the beach are also good. I won’t say about children’s animation, there is volleyball, animation by the pool is rather weak, but few people need it and it’s not so important. There is ice cream, but it is very unobtrusive, it is difficult to find it, not in sight, and the ice cream man 15 minutes before the “lights out” can lie that it is over. The gym is average, but you can keep fit who knows the features of multifunctional simulators. Outside the gate, there is nowhere to go but the bazaar. Bazaar .. the taste and color .., everything is as usual - consumer goods of Turkish production. Go 1 time for 20 min. As a result, a hotel with insufficient efficiency of the air conditioning system and a very simple design of the rooms. Very tired. If it's cheap, you can play the lottery. If there is something with a good rating 10-15% more expensive, then there is a reason to consider something else."
