A Heritage Split

I loved this hotel. It was very comfortable, pleasing to the eye, and clean. The photo is just what the room looks like. It has been modernized in many ways. That stone wall makes it so cozy. Our room 308 faced the back side and was very quiet. The receptionist carried both our bags up the 3 flights of stairs since it is an old building with no elevator. Also, it is only a few blocks from the old center so easy to get around.

Really worst hotel, most unsupportive staff & hotel. 0 service quality, they are just close to beach nothing else. Don’t waste your money.

The room was the coziest room I’ve ever slept in! So quiet and off the main road, with quaint stone walls and an enormous bathtub! It was also within waking distance from town and the beach! The bed was so comfortable and the hosts were so helpful with our questions on which islands to visit! We had never been to Split and were amazed at how lively and busy it was but also how many quaint & out of the way little places there are in the city to visit. We are definitely returning to the hotel next year as we will drive to Serbia!

We arrived in town from the airport and immediately were greeted by the lovely host.She was able to help me find a nearby pharmacy, as I was needing a few items and also recommended a local restaurant that had a lot of vegetarian dishes. The whole vibe at the hotel was calm and caring. The ambiance & hosts made it feel like a quiet retreat where every detail was made to help guests relax. Definitely recommend you stay here and see for yourself!

We booked this hotel last minute due to an unpleasant stay of the original stay, and have to stay it’s 100% worth the extra money spent - great hospitality, with comfortable, spacious and clean room. There’s no elevator but the staff moved our luggage from ground floor to our room. The reception even managed to handle a system error by ******* in a considerate manner. 10 out of 10 without doubt.

The staff at this Property=Heritage Hotel are awesome. Personal Concierge answered all my questions every day regarding the city of Split, Croatia with tips where to go what to do and eat and shop along with activities all with a big smile! Great local restaurants and a Grocery store within 200-400 meters as well as the main shopping tourism area and seaside promenade. Clean room-jet tub in the room. Breakfast available plus many bakeries nearby. A local neighborhood-very safe. Nearby the local beach and cruise/ferry terminals. Exclellent-#10 Bill Philadelphia, Pennsylvania United States

Geat location and staff Also have parking which is difficult to find in Split. Bit hard to find but would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location. Excellent breakfast made even better by the service of the guys working there. Never been to a better hotel
